Was full of expectations, but the reality didn't live up to the hype

I ran into Tecdet again yesterday.  One of the best PUGs in a long time with everyone above 100K.  The guy in second place got the 20 headshots medal in wave 4 with the Arc Pistol.  Quite impressive as this is one of the few guns I can't get the hang of.

We wiped, wave 10, collectors/jade.

 

I didn't help matters by running round a blind corner into a pile of scions and praetorians and not able to extricate myself

No idea whether he talked smack during the game as I do not have voice-chat.  His mic symbol wasn't flashing while in the lobby so that meant he kept quiet.  I doubt he had much to say though since it was a strong-looking lobby, all with high-level weapons and consumables.  We have played together before so he knew I wasn't a total scrub and one of the other guys was a BOTB (for whatever that's worth).

That's not too bad.  My earlier game wiped on wave 8 when I got stabbed by a cheating no good Phantom.

I was hosting after the host left midmatch before you joined. Then I changed it to collectors Yeah.. I dont run into many from here. But played with you 2 today.

Took my Wraith AIU (reported) pugging today with FairfaxGal and Uutoqq, because Derrber failed to join the game (reported). Shout out to SpaceMedusa for being an excellent AIU (but nevertheless, reported) v. Collectros on Rio, and then the legendary Tecdet joined our lobby for the second game (Giant Cerb).

 

I just want to say that Fairfax and Uutoqq are awesome and that they make the game really fun. Thank you!

Managed games with variously, BaileyTFL, Marksmad, Schuey, Leeto II, and Fat Steady.  Not sure if the last two are on BSN, but they knew how to play, and made the games pretty relaxed affairs.

Yeah, he joined my lobby for two memorable games. First, we fought Cerberus on White; next game, we fought this terrible organization on Reactor Hazard. The first game you were a Drell Adept, and I took my 66653 Drell Vanguard to the fight. Great and fast-paced game that was. The second game was full of Pugs, me, and you getting cooked. In this game, you use a Turian Havoc, and I selected one of my signature kits: The Turian Cabal Vanguard. Tough game, especially since the other teammates we had weren't helping really. If anything they made a big ****** mess. Anyway, we got through it. And it was great fun!

Ran into OmegaRed (forget how exactly you spelled that) on Hydra/Geth/Gold.  I got dropped 7 times in 3 waves by Primes that shouldn't even have been attacking me, and sometimes couldn't even see me.  Exactly like the match before that.  I rage-quit the second match in a row.  I never rage quit...   Time to quit ME3 for the afternoon.
