Had some good mostly UUS games with valcod82 yesterday. I was experimenting with weapons on the Salarian Engineer - Talon II wasn't quite working for me (I know, I know L2P) so I went with the Scorpion I. That gun is a lot of fun as long as you can hit the what you're aiming at. And have time to wait for the explosion. Next time we'll have to try some UUG.

 

Yeah, those were very fun games ! I remember the one vs. Collectors on Dagger where there was a hack on wave 6 (i think) and there were Posessed Scions grenades exploding every few seconds. And after that i had to finish a wave by myself, which happens rarely to me on Silver and i usually fail to do it . This time though, i managed to succeed somehow (thanks to batarian vanguard falcon punch). And then you had to do it too, it was a really intense game.

I remember you did good with the Scorpion, at least comparing to when i use it . I would definitely try some UUG next time, i have to get the courage to do so from time to time .

Had 2 nice pug games yesterday, but forgot the name of the other competent player. Ran with him few times allready as his nickname was very famliar.

Good games.  There was a bit of lag once or twice, but that's it, nothing too bad; and the grenade spam on Goddess was fine, we were setting off lots of combos.  There was an amusing amount of screenshake during the hack on White though.

 

My QFE only ever uses a Graal.  I was likewise wondering if you were on BSN when you put a batgauntlet on your VolGuard.  The PUG was funny, "you can have Volus in here?... you guys are soaking a lot of damage!"

 

That fella was hilarious, but he was well doing for a new player (using equipment and such).

 

Yeah, I wanted to glitch that hack just because screenshake, but I didn't manage to do it in time. Venom might be a bit overkill on Cerberus, poor things die before I get to punch them

 

 

Also, met RidiculousMammal this morning on Vancouver. Good game, my trusty old Mantis finally got some action.

My SE landed in wave 5 on Hazard White vs Collectors, to find Brannigan and Drake Valencez together with an Asari. Which was mildy amusing because it's the same map and faction as when Brannigan last joined me mid-game. Collectors got rekt.

So I just landed in a lobby with Silvershroud, and then.. I disappeared from the lobby.  I was still viewing the lobby, but I wasn't actually in it; and I couldn't equip any gear, and then the match started, and I got WFOP.  That was a first.

I assumed something was wrong, since you just stood there in the LZ.  We revived you maybe about 6 times before you disappeared.  It was Collecors/Dagger, and all three of the pugs (after you left) spammed missiles at every Praetorian they saw, even if I had it down to one bar of armor...  At least, until they ran out of missiles.

I ended up in SlowerthanDSL's lobby this night. I only had time for a couple of games but It was fun nonetheless.

The first one was Gold/glacier/cerberus. Other pugs were decents and everything went fine until the extraction wave. Then, our kind host went berserk and nuked everything on sight. Bad luck for me, a pack of phantoms respawned right on top of my krogan and immediatly proceeded to gut me.

SlowerthanDSL then wrote "Be careful" in the text chat several times afterward. I'm not sure if he was trolling, but it sure made me smile considering my playstyle is quite the opposite of carefulness, especially as a krogan kit ^^'

The second game was Gold/reactor/collectors, with a fresh PUG team since their predecessors left immediatly after the first game. SlowerthanDSL and I were both Saber quarksmans, a GI and a demolisher completed the team. Despite scions and captains being way too much interested into my quarian booty, we did a full extraction this time.

I wrote "Be Careful" because the AI on my powerful PC is extra aggressive than most players are used to, especially the Collectors and Geth can be very punishing.

BrickyRacer dropped into my GiP (well, I did send her an invite, because pugs) on Vancouver vs Reapers. Her Vorcha Engineer complemented my Vorcha Sentinel perfectly. Unfortunately, wave 8 went bad, the TSent nuked the spawn so they respawned all round us, the KroLord got picked up and I was picked up while trying to make the Banshee drop him, the TSent forgot he had Overload and was stomped by Marauder Shields and his two brothers, and Bricky was left to clutch the wave. Which she did, brilliantly. Up to the last Marauder, which was invisible to her, although not to the frustrated spectators.... Good work, Bricky - better luck next time

We both suffered from the damn lag, and Phantoms were just toying with us. Fun game, nonetheless. It's quite a miracle we got to Extraction. I mean, we all got wrecked pretty badly.

It's totally acceptable if they have double/triple primes, though I don't know how anyone ever reaches an objective wave vs geth with any rockets left.

We both suffered from the damn lag, and Phantoms were just toying with us. Fun game, nonetheless. It's quite a miracle we got to Extraction. I mean, we all got wrecked pretty badly.

Smehur had quite a good connection. Besides, my host was the only one, where you both could connect, while you couldn´t connect to Smehur. L2connect

 

Wave 5 was pretty bad. Didn´t expect to get through this. Cerberus, pls.
