Met him on giant vs Cerberus: he was Cabal, and the best cabal I've ever seen to be precise, I was a female vanilla soldier.
Cerberus got rekt like no tomorrow, poisoned, concussed, or simply shredded with bullets. What we did between waves, I cannot say, but it was good. 
The game was on: we both rolled Melee Krentinel, and we found each other on Vancouver vs Collector, with a trusty volus shadowing us to recharge our shield.
Such headbutts were given, even the heaven trembled! We two teamed Scions and Pretorians, mighty guards of Krogan traditions and ancient rites.
Last game, Goddess vs Cerberus, both of us now a Krolord: not a massacre anymore, but a gentleman sport. Krogan golf to be precise... or whack a mole, I can't decide.
It was glorious!
It actually sucks that there's no skill indicator in ME3. Challenge points (and to much lesser extent N7 rating) is an indirect indicator of experience, but its correlation with skill is remote. What I'd like to see is the average score, or the average extraction time, or at least the success rate (number of games played divided by the number of extractions).
Sometimes when the lobby looks too weak I place kick votes or just quit (because I know I have problems soloing), but I have no way of knowing if the low challenge points characters are alt account of an experienced player.
There's one. Setups you can already view of other players. Course you yourself have to have an understanding of this too to see it, but alas even max manifest pugs have some really crazy setups like pierce mod/ammo on projectile weapons... I wish I could see other players builds in game too.
But yeah, you make a good point, just that I'm not sure if the overall outcome of that would be better or worse once in action... it could also lead to many starting players getting alienated way more then normal as a negative affect. Got to think about the pugs too.

Wouldn't be a problem on Bronze and Silver. Which is where starting players belong.

Don't worry about not responding, meleeing during the match absolutely made up for it. And it was great to watch your fat Turian rule the battlefield. Of course I couldn't resist to switch to a Turian for the second game, that one was for Palaven! 
Bumped into DonMarfil for a really good game. No one had a 75 kill medal but all 4 of us had a 50 kill one and the score difference b/w top and bottom was something like 15k. Gotta love games like that. It even made hazard Dagger tolerable. GG as always, man.
Also bumped into FuriousFelicia midway through their Condor/Cerby game. Game went well but I got the infinite loading screen on the 2nd one. I guess Origin couldn't handle so much awesome twice in a row. Gg while it lasted.

No worries, it come out like a rescue, anyway. There had been two host migrations, and by the time you joined, I was getting brutal lag. I'd basically drop in a crossfire before I could even see any enemies, so I was lucky there was someone able to actually kill things in the game.
