And then my KroSol went pUUGing and landed in a lobby to find, already there, the inimitable Dovakiin_N7 as a Justicar and also Jona_Sederis. The other two were a Huntress and a Commando, so the KroSol was given a case of Ryncol and sent off to watch re-runs of Friends (it's his favorite - there's no accounting for Krogan taste) and my Valkyrie hurriedly put on the N7 strip and went to Vancouver where four Asari fought a whole buncha Collectors. There were loads of Asarigasms between waves:

 

 

Also many BOOMs and the game was over in 20 action-filled minutes. This is from the Wave 10 Drone Escort:

Nice game indeed. I was using my 2nd account there as Asari Adept. 4 asaris destroying Collectors in Vancouver. What can be more satisfying in this game? Biotic booms everywhere, everybody working together and doing heavy melees between EVERY waves. It was a pleasure. Sorry that I had to leave.

Found a GIP on Condor with Rustybuckets and JRandall. They were killing things so fast I felt like a leech. Ran out of consumables in my inventory after that match so I left rather than being a real leech. Good game while it lasted.

No offence intended. The complexities of life mean that I usually play only one or two games at a time, long sessions are very rare for me right now.

They would have waited while you bought a JEP or two, JRandall is even a vocal advocate of doing so. They're good guys Count yourself lucky any time you get to see them in action.

@Marksmad: yes they might have waited but then again, I'm still so low in terms of everything, not just consumables, they might just have kicked me off the lobby as well. Better safe than sorry, no?   I did add them as preferred players though so hopefully I'll run into them again sometime when I've beefed myself up a bit, he he.

Good game. I don't think kicking anyone crossed either of our minds so I wouldn't worry about that. We just assumed both you and the other pug left because it was set to condor (we have Randall and the almighty randomiser to thank for that one.)

I think I ran into a BSN'r  Does N7 Geth Medic mean anything to anyone?..I bailed on their lobby ..was really, really weak...I dont mind carrying once in awhile ..But 2 N7 100's with 900 challenge points between them...Pass.

Oh, okay. Nah I don't mind Condor. in fact, if you ever decide to randomize into it agin, please hit me up. I need to do map  mastery again and Condor is one of the most elusive maps out there. Probably because of reasons ...

Salarian Master Race reinforced our team on a late wave on London vs. Reapers. Thanks for not bailing on us and ensuring we achieved full extraction! Duty called, and I had to leave immediately afterwards, sorry! Gave you the kick-player salute on the way out

I later landed in wave 2 on Plugbickie's host to find SMR there, and he left again, but I stayed despite the teleporting. My KroSol just spammed Inferno nades regardless and we made full extraction. But I wasn't staying for another like that, so SMR and I got together and set up Reactor Hazard, we got Reapers and a couple pugs, one of whom was cooked repeatedly. Also I was able to demonstrate that Phaeston TGI is OP  Then we had a Jade Geth game that was over in 20 minutes due to more Inferno nade spamming, this time by SMR. Thanks for the games, dude

Actually most of my KroSol kills were Melee.  Inferno Grenades are only there to reveal Hunters and maybe kill Troopers while I engage the stronger enemies.

 

Running Venom Melee KroSol is one of those kits that are infinitely better on PC, because to do it properly on console you'd have to have two thumbs on your right hand.  This kit is nowhere near as powerful on console.

So if your thumb is on the Right Stick, and your pointer and middle fingers are on the face buttons, do your ring and pinky fingers reach the bumper and trigger?

 

I just tried that and I don't see how you could maintain a grip on it while performing adequately.  Props to you if you've somehow mastered that.  Not at all saying it isn't possible but it's gotta be uncomfortable as heck.

From what I recall, Geth Medic doesn't post here.  But that GT was brought up in that 'amusing IDs' thread.

So I decide to go back to Cerb Adept and the first lobby I end up had two Cerb Vanguards. One of them Blackgas7 (Clips7). First was Collectors Dagger that ended after wave 10 obective being finished with me then trapped by a mean Praetorian. Mission Failure. Second game I decide to go to something easy to redeem myself. Nope, we all love hanging around the bugs on Hazard Glacier too much. Mission Failure.

 

I then see the PS3 Black Screen pug after that match and assume party is over and bail... then I see the host left message. Doh. I didn't have my redeem match yet.   GGs.

Nonetheless, it was fun going round behind you and hitting Overload after you had tossed a nade. The chained FEs were wonderful to behold.

In the time it took me to respond proberly and to leave myself you were still shown as in there. ^^

 

 

Donmarfil's Lobby was the next one Ianded in and stayed for 2 good and fast games.

 

+1 for Geth only Team (3 GE and 1 Juggernaut) on Giant vs Reaper.
