[Marksmad is waving goodbye]

I had just joined a lobby as #3 when DovakiinN7 arrived - literally 4 seconds later. We had a medium decent game - White Cerb - with not too much BS apart from the occasional Atlas wall hack and invincible Centurion. Most remarkable was the number of FTLs fired by the host on extraction. GG Dovakiin, sorry I had to leave right after.

Sorry for scrubing it up. It's been so long since I touched Talon GI that I pretty much forgot how it feels to play it. Usually I use it with a Javelin.

No, that's just not true. He plays lots of different kits... I was just surprised that he was still using the GI he switched to earlier. Must have been 6 or 7 games with it by now.

Yeah well, I wouldn't say so myself. At least the mission on Goddess was a disaster because I forgot to put the Magazine Upgrade into the CSMG and had no real way to deal damage. My entire build is designed to prime as many enemies as possible and then take them down with warp ammo. Without anyone around to detonate for me and with me not getting actual kills... well, it sucked.

 

Perhaps it was a bad idea to experiment on Plat anyway. Should have tested that in a Gold solo first. ^^

 

The two missions as GI were better, although I will have to switch to a Claymore or Talon myself next time. GPS missed a few times in critical moments or didn't do any damage. Still lots of fun though.

I sucked on Rio with my smashadept. Too much rage gelling and in exctraction i was running to other direction. WTF. I blame it on alcohol and disorientation. Sorry buddy.

That would actually be kinda cool.  Well, the pic from the front at least!  Though I'd prefer to have it taken while beginning the match, that way you can still get it if you fail.

Nah... to get it if you fail someone else would have to do the same map and recover your lost group photo from a hack circle or a drone. ^^

It's alright. Just having a smashdept in the squad does wonders to my overall morale. Not to mention you actually did pretty good. Leagues better than the other two pugs. Good games. 

 

Also bumped into Donmarfil and friends for a biotic round on Dagger. Pleasure as always, fellas.

Too bad Valium DC'ed on the second game, we were having fun blowing stuff up with biotics on Condor. Homey's Warlard was very attratcive to Banshees tonight. May I say even magnetic 

 

jamiam was very good at controlling spawns on Rio and Dagger and went hatesurfing on the third game  Poor Nemesis slammed their heads into Giant's rocks and if they survived got a Brotarian punch to their stupid face

At about the same time of day as the events described in post #18514, Andy_3_913 dropped into the GiP I was already in. The original host had quit, leaving us to restart W10 (Dagger Reapers) which was an Escort, and the entire Reaper clan had spawned right next to the drone. The 3 of us who were there had been round the map a few times, trying to kite the enemy away but with no success. And then Andy arrived, smacked all the Reapers in the face and strolled that drone across the open area like he was walking in Hyde Park. Thanks Andy, we really probably could not have done it without you. And as extra punishment for my sins in that game, a Shee teleported into the tower and impaled me with 11 seconds left on the extraction timer. GG, mate, or at least a couple of good waves

Think that one should be chalked up to luck
