Fixed that for you. Also, it wasn't just any host.

No but I left his lobby a couple of times earlier as he have quit his own lobbies several times when I have shown up (and I did troll him badly once when I joined a GIP he was in).

Ran into DonMarfil the game after for Collectors on Reactor, I cheesed it a bit more then with the CSR instead.

Yep. cheesy game . Also ran into SirDieALot, who changed to drell god in an all biotic lobby for two games. Nice booms.

Since all the people in the off-topic-section have decided not to post there anymore and I have so little to lurk and more time for other stuff now.....why not post here:

 

Met SalInfMR yesterday...I joined a GIP on Vancouver/Cerberus on wave one with my Phoenix Adept. We started every wave at almost the same spot.. I am usually alone there, whereas the other pugs are just somewhere on the map. But the controll room (or whatever that is) is the best starting point on Vancouver for me...and as I have seen for him aswell. Thanks for the game.

 

Would have stayed for another one but playing again on this host with that much lag ....nope. When my shields are gone in combat, I really would have liked to see the enemy actually trying to shoot me before. But loosing shields only from looking at me.....bah....that's no staring contest!

I saw it as a victory when the only lobby I could find was his for roughly five minutes (I think it was longer, but I'm erring on the conservative side). He'd keep quitting and I'd keep finding him. Since Origin thought we were a perfect match for each other, I assumed he'd eventually break down and play a game with me (he didn't).

He's a bit special you might say with a habit of bailing from his own lobby very frequently, especially if you are using powerful kits/weapons.

If he's in he mood, he will put a vote kick on you and then bail.

Sounds like this is a case of someone who fears being outscored mightily.

I remember running into FasterThanFTL while hosting a lobby for u/u/g: he went off-host GI with Raider; it was glorious to see absolutely everything just pop instantly on Firebase Dagger/Cerberus. Dem one-clips on an Atlas.

I am seriously amazed that he allowed the lobby to fill up. That's almost as elusive as actually playing a game with him.

Joined a lobby hosted by terryfonz for my last game tonight. We started as a duo on Dagger/Cerberus. Things went pretty well, some later later banans_huligans and some other guy joined and things got even smoother - until the escort drone fell through the map in wave 10. Fonz had to leave to give us the credits. Thank you, mate. GG.
