Mission_Scrubbed dropped in a GiP, and proceeded to show Cerberus the error of their ways in truly spectacular fashion. I enjoy playing the Claymore HSol, but you definitely know how to make it dance. Power creep, how do you spell that?

Also apologies for that post objective missile to down the last two atlases. All match long I felt like I would turn a corner and find one doing his melee animation, that was most definitely a venting shot

I was trying to headshot the Phantoms, but that was impossible because your Battlemaster's b1tchsl@ps made them flying at super sonic speeds. Also, headbutts plus I thought I heard the Graal? You sir, are a true Krogan!

Also met FuriousFelicia for two fun games against geth, in one of which we both sported sabotaging QFIs.

I dropped into a game with Urizen, but immediately left because it was a GIP (nope) on hazard glacier (hell no).

 

Next I found a lobby with Marksmad, which is a first, although he left after a couple of waves; not sure whether it was a d/c or ragequit, because that match was infuriatingly buggy.

Dropped into wave 7 of a GiP with TornACL and JGDD. Good game. Sadly, I got stuck in the loading screen as the next game was about to start.

Dropped into a modded game with SassaMFG in the lobby hosted by neocodex. There was no warning that the game is modded but I have guessed as much prior to the start and it was more close to slightly lightened platinum without boss spam that to actual gold, with substantial lag for me as the host is in Eastern Europe. It went reasonably well up until wave 6 when the device objectives either did not spawn or spawned invisible so was no way to disarm them and we wiped. IMHO, not worth the effort, I mean the mod. Can just play insanity mod or regular platinum, the tweaks have been quite minor. There were a lot of nemeses for some reason who hit pretty hard but still jumped a lot. Trying to catch them sneaky girls with 250 msec lag is not so easy and I did not stay for another game. But I realize some people like mad mgamerz' primes who shoot siege pulse 5 times per second.

neocodex is still working with his mods and beta testing can be painful. I would love to bump into you in normal game.

Yeah, sometimes the objectives won't spawn and I've been asking Mgamerz about the glitches but it's just the fact that game is already buggy enough as it is and modding doesn't make it for anything better in that regard. 

 

I ussualy do not warn people because the game is not that much different from vanilla to not raise expectations that this is going to be some whacko unpleasant experience and make everybody leave. Nemesis hits hard because she shoots 1-3 times now, so she can drop you down to health gate or even kill you. And some of us like Primes shooting 5 times per second, it's really really scary now but it's more of a show, their dps is exactly the same, actually. As always, if you don't like modded games you're free to look for another lobby, but about half of the people ussualy keep hanging around, I guess they like seeing something new. And I would agree that the difficulty is somewhere between gold-plat, while our plat games are another level higher and can be a pretty rough challenge. But lots of fun.

 

Don't know what's up with the lag tough, I got friends from Japan, New Zealand and NA all of them saying they are having very smooth lag free games with me, and i'm from EU, so that's strange.

Had some interesting duos with drunk filipopotame. Though for that last one I didn't know he switched of Shaman. That was why I picked Justicar (haven't Justicar in awhile. And always played her with CSMGX before).

 

We also never geled at the right time. Well, me at least. He'd be next to me and I'd gel, and when he was far or I was in a bad spot, I wouldn't. Just like a pug. But one time was a wrong button press.

 

His connection is good too (for Vanguards at least), just like SMR (which gives me Turian stability). Only had some spikes due to someone downloading at my place.

I was really pleased to bump into you - it was the first time it's happened, wasn't it?

 

I tried to stick it out because you were there, but the combination of lag, bugs, and being blinded by DS made it unbearable

 

Earlier in the evening, Urizen dropped in on wave 4 or 5 of Rio Reapers to make a trio with me and Siren . Rippas got rekt.

Forgot to ask him if he was a BSNer or lurker. But also had a great time with Draconis Delta on X-Box too. I dropped into a game in progress wave 3 giant collector where everyone bailed on the cool host, because pugs, dying, and Collectors must of been too scary. I almost thought he was a new pug playing TSent with Geth Pulse Rifle, but I recalled playing with that name before, and he knew how to play. Anyways. We failed eventually to surprise silent Praetorians. This match was one heck of a rude awakening. Going from 60fps to 30 felt like I was playing ME3mp super drunk again. I also totally forgot stability help for the Revenat on my Destroyer. So the combination of the 2 felt like Rambo doing this;

 

 

Yet somehow my Turian buddy kept saying;

 

          "Nice shot."

 

 

 

Next, confident in our skill, we start right away as a duo. But, surprise Condor pops up. And surprise no one being able to join syndrome (never seen this on PC). Another duo it is. But this time I brought Barrage Gear and Stability 3 to help calm the Revenant on my Nadeless Destroyer (and I sure could of used those nades). But once the dmg soak Banshees and Brutes stated showing up with no pug backup as decoys, I pulled out the backup weapon, Piranhama. Got a little to confident with it though. One wave I was cleaning up (buddy must of got stomped without seeing it), I got to cocky by tossing soft blankets away and Rambo'ing in front of the rest of the budget. 3 ops and gels later (basically untill I had none), I smarten up and run for soft blankets. But we still failed somewhere down the line. Delta was about to get sinked and I went for the rocket when I should of went for soft blankets an inch further next to me faster. Go figure.

 

The 3rd game we both bring our A material. I went CerbAdeptCSMGX, he was still HA but with big bad Hurricane IX, and not some common pug weapons. Consumables got more buff too. No more messing around. Our reputation was on the line. ... But  then 2 pugs ended up joining early on, and the entire game became super boring. *Yawn* Wish Rio too had black screen glitch.

 

But those first two games were epic... epic failures, but epic.

Ahahaahahah they are DEAD!

It's Graal or go home for most of my Krogans... and headbutting drones to make them go faster

With other kits, if there are smart, well played weapon kits around, I will try to make phantoms bubble up for their benefits, but Kroguard and Krentinel just love staggering phantoms, then giving them the hand of friendship... maybe it's because I can't help but think of Wrex in the Citadel Archives "where do you think you are going, princess?"

Wish that orange overlay from sabotage was more visible. I can see mine easy but other people's sabotaged mooks are hard to see.

Hosted a Ghost/Rippah/Gold match and was just about to invite some friends when Black_Mage and two PUGs dropped in. We went ahead and started, and Black_Mage used the Valkyrie to crush Banshee after Banshee. Just awesome play. I made use of my, ahem, spectator mode time to observe for next time I feel like grinding the Sentinel up to level 20. He and the two pugs were so good, I was able to pick my targets better with the Salarian Inflitrator.  Eventually put the Mantis away and used the hurlicane plus Drill Rounds III + debuff Proxy Mines to kill five Brutes in a row. Dang. I need to learn to screencap because who knows when that will happen next time.

BTW, this will (most likely) disable Origin in Game. But some of us think that's a good thing

Just met Marksmad on Giant against Collectors. I was trying to give him a good shockwave annoyance, but he cheated his way out by using an Indra.

Well played, Sir. Next time I'll try harder and on top you'll get an a-bomb for your own.

Good game, although at times it seemed like every single ravager on the map was shooting me.
