[Marksmad is waving goodbye]

Last night my BW Talon Merc (Eurgh - waves challenges) dropped into Dabal Hayat's Shadow solo-in-effect vs Rippaz on Condor. The game was buggy in fun ways, by which I mean Brutes walked over Cain Mines that didn't trip, nukes went through the ground without exploding, and so on. After the game I got WfOP, but then Dabal's score showed up at the top of the scoreboard of my next game, even though he hadn't been in that one....

Landed in Sinful's lobby for some games, but I had too leave cuz' my game was bugging out, (Invisible Phantoms). I did kill him with a P-Abom, a PuG, & I, but it was worth.

Had a ton of games with Abramsrunner. Lot of lolz. Like; I knew as I was running past two abominations that an Abrams rocket was on the way. But don't worry, I soon got him back.

 

He sure knows his Mass Effect and how to have a sense of humour. Like one reactor door trick I never seen before that was so Abramsrunner as I know him on BSN. As well as setting the reactor to cook and walking in as the Jug then acting as if all confused with the Jug. Or stealing last boss kills down to 1 bar of health or so with a rocket. Or using area rocket radius to kill a husk across a wall, and so on.

 

He also tried to cook me in the reactor, but it's only easy to pull off on me with noisy auto weapons, otherwise I usually hear the sound cue warning since I was using the Claymore that round.

 

Earlier on for Gold before the last Platinum match we had a ton of classy games too. One round everyone was using classy weapon and kits. And still made Gold like a cakewalk. Why worse pugs are needed for Gold.

 

 

Either way, Great Games. Surprised he's also able to last playing for so long. Gets harder to focus after some time.

 

How come I'm not seeing anyone in bronze and silver?

 

Most here play Gold, followed by Platinum. And nothing wrong with sticking with Silver for longer, as I did so too when I was a new pug to this game. Didn't move on to Gold until close to 400hr mark. So no need to rush. But many OP players play Gold, so being carried is an option too. ie. I love & prefer carrying new Gold pugs. Though not everyone enjoys this...

^ if you have a Mantis X, a Human Engineer, & good aim,  you can play gold no problems.

It was so high one game wasn't enough to show the score properly .

What time did you play till in your timezone? I was shocked to see the my time be 3am. After that last game I was going to say GGs and call it a night anyway, but you split the lobby before my slow typing could show up. (Oh yeah, I sent an in joke msg to you about something once back inn the lobby and some other player asked me what I said? I was going to say the in joke part, but I kept messing up the msg 3x in by not spelling "say" in command line for the rest of the words to show up on screen. Due to being in a hurry. Needless to say, the person seemed to have got upset and left. Sorry to whoever you were).

 

And one more funny thing happened in one match, where I couldn't believe I wrote this to one AIU Claymore pug; "Don't rocket targets. This is a classy lobby." That put a smile on my face.

Dropped into a lobby with bauzabauza, but then it looked like he disconnected in the first wave.

Same happened here, although I think he survived until wave 3 or so.

Had Vorcha fun tonight with Mr. Bateman against Reapers on Glacier. Lag here and there but nice game overall.

Idd it was. But it was mostly you who stood for the most of the "synergy" afaik. Reave and blue balls of death all over the place except for that last pesky cannibal at round 1 ..who manage to take you down haha.

Monday morning, went out for a quick pug, Zerfidius landed in my lobby - which was strange because I used quick match and found myself hosting - then we were joined by crashsuit, and two fast violent games ensued in which enemies were blown up in pretty much every way imaginable. Crash cluutched wave 8 on jade very neatly when Zerf and I were both stabbed, then he vanished and we got a new set of pugs for the extraction wave

 

Good killing. That Jade stabbing was bs.  Stpd phatms.

 

Had a quick run in with Frank is Crank.  On Glacier I think.  Took the QFI with krysae for some amusing gibbing of the flesh.  Sound was glitchy though and I had no music and no gunfire.  Else I might have stuck around for another.

Just bumped into SirDieAlot, only I ended up in his Platinum match instead of the Gold match I signed up for (usually it likes to send me to Silver instead in these scenarios where it can't find Gold lobbies). Would of brought a bigger gun otherwise. Oh well, it worked out, outside of how crummy aiming no radius PC shockwave can be at times. Only thing that really slowed me down was those phantoms.

 

Oh, and when I was tanking in front of that Prime while you were doing Goddess center device, I thought I had more ops packs left. Otherwise I wouldn't of stood right in front of him looking all confused as I was wondering where my ops backup were? lol. So don't asked me how I still survived that. Think you came in just in the nick of time to protect me from the Prime with your own Prime.

gg. hope it wasnt too much lagging as I got bored by not finding platinum maps that I like. so I hosted (and punished some poor pugs forcing them to play on my host). sadly you joined in too.

Oh yeah, I also just ran into akots. He dropped in this GIP pug game I decided to give a try even though everything in the lobby screamed stay away. So that match really wasn't within my gentlemen standards at all. Why I played it like a maniac on the verge of rage quiting any moment.

 

But nice playing with you, hopefully we meet again under better settings.

It was fun, a bit intense at times as Glacier can be which is always good! A bit laggy but one of the better pug hosts I've played with in a while.

Met JohnBorrows yesterday for a quick (what else when you show up? ) match on Ghost/Reapers. Not much synergy unfortunately, I tried not to overload your BEs, and concentrate on the other side of the map. Hope you had a fun game, sorry for leaving right away at the end, real life was calling!

 

Later on, ctr2yellowbird took his TSol with hurricane to Jade vs Reapers. Tried to use my TSent to debuff targets for you, and use overload to CC those pesky abominations... We even got the dreaded potted plant device, but managed to do it smoothly. You truly are a marksman I must say!

 

And finally, DaemionMoadrin dropped into a GiP, and stayed for a number of excellent trios - a nice change from pugging every now and then. Nice to get coordinated teams, really good gameplay, fun all around. I would have liked to continue, but I was too tired to even hit anything towards the end

Game was kind of ... messy, I agree. But otherwise, host was pretty decent for me compared to what I had to face in the next two games. At least it was fast and I did not die.

Gnaaah, I KNEW Zerfidius sounds familiar. I was a little suspicious when I saw the QFI meleeing occasionally - PUGs don't do that with QFI.

Good game (although I'm afraid I might have been in cheese mode with QME?)
