indeed it was good

 

but we already met you know... in another game (also White, can't remeber the enemies) where you rage quitted or crashed... (due to horrible lag/rubberbanding/whatever...)

 

but in this one: had no lag either ^^

Needed some quick phoenix credits for recalibrating so we were running the consulate over and over, first challenguing then heroic, not much of a difference in my book.

Yeah, I ran Lex on Heroic first day it was out, couldn't tell the difference. Be warned, though, Heroic in the Underground is a little tougher than above.

 

Would you guys be up for some Heroic runs on Falcon Lost sometime?

MeetYourNanny joined my lobby for a game, which ended up being Jade Reapers. Accompanying us a decent HEng and the amazing Shadow who would refuse to do hacks, died all over the place while we three sat in the circle in embarassed silence, and finally went a on missile rampage on wave 7, nuking single marauders and swarmers before (I assume) rage-quitting

 

Fun, smooth game (the Shadow might disagree)! Would have stayed for another game, but real life called me away and I had to leave right away afterwards

I bit the dust wave 10 (hugging a banshee) and HE did the same. Shadow was amazing idd wave 3 and 6 hacks and she is on the other side of map dying with no intention to join us, if only i had my headset. I hope we melee again

 

PS in my defence i was going for the saber challange with TGI and i hate TGI

Had a couple good Zombie Mod games yesterday with Vormav while playing with Chroptus and Zamweer  . Also invited Mission_Scrubbed, but I'm not sure it counts since not pugging

I had never used a sniper rifle in a zombie mod before, and it was predictably troubled -- with all the A-bombs going off that was one of my hardest earned 20 HS medals. Cryo-soldier in the next game was my way of making up for my relative ineffectiveness before. Good times, though, and sincerely appreciated someone letting me know what was going on before it started.

After dropping wave 4 into a guy's solo with my drell adept, I've had the pleasure to be joined by Gruntkitterhand's salarian engineer mid-game. GG Grunt, and thanks for watching my back and decoying while my drell was running from devices to devices wave 6.

Lol. While being a fervent Wraith supporter, I actually don't use it much more than the other guns. Same with the human adept, my favorite character. Variety has always been one of the strongest feature of the game for me. My new thing, since I've become too lazy for solos  , is trying to perform well on gold with the uncommons or the worst gold weapons. So lately it has been tsol with Revenant, QFE or Huntress with Eviscerator, or HE with Falcon.

 

As for the drell adept with Adas, it's not the most awesome synergy in the world but it's OK, having a gun with a damage bonus against shields makes sense for him. Being able to stagger Phantoms is also quite useful with the DA (with all characters of course, but even more when you can be dropped so fast).

I knew the gun may not have been the strongest for Gold, given my lack of experience, but I also knew the BatSol was more than strong, even for a scrub like me. We managed a couple of duos, but I had been overrun by enemies a couple of times. I received a message from him after one of the games with a very short, simple question -

 

"You have Wraith?"

I'm glad the Wraith / Claymore clashes are at least amusing ! 

 

For HE Falcon, I usually go with incendiary, so I can get 6+6 combos on big shields and exploit the incendiary glitch on big armors. It's a decent combo, especially VS Cerberus and Geth. You just have to pray to not have to solo two Preatorians (well, the PS3 would freeze anyway) or 2 Atlases without a missile.

 

I imagine easily that using the Eviscerator with TMB in the team must leave you without much to do.  But with more "PUG level" players, it's totally viable on gold, you aren't a spawn nuker but to me it doesn't feel like a grind either.
