Hi so Im playing a Male Noble

I had everyone join the party

Zev
Lel
Morrigan
Sten
Alistar
Oghren
Wynne
Wardog

and the secret Party member at the end.

But after i got him, nothing popped up for the achievement. I even play through till the end of the game with them. So what gives? anyone run into this problem?

Not sure, maybe shale counts towards it, shouldnt though. got it right after i got the spoiler one.

I am having the same problem. Maybe all the origin stories count?

I have this EXACT same problem, its the last achievement for me to unlock and its really getting quite annoying now, im 100% ive had all the characters, i've even done two different ways of getting dog (barkspawn) to join from the origin story and after the battle of ostagar to make sure, but no luck =\\

ya It blows, i reloaded a bunch of times before the Landsmeet to keep trying. I cleared the cache and reinstalled the game. Nothing, and yet I have everyone in my party. I wonder if anyone at Bioware knows about this problem.

Yeah i've taken the same steps but upon searching all i can find about broken achivments are the DLC ones which ive never had a problem with, just this one =\\

I'm fairly certain that the temporary Origin story companions are required for the achievement.

Thats the thing, Ive read people haven't done the origin stories and then others who have done origin stories so Im really not quite sure. The only one i havent done is Stens sword, and I don't think the Ohgren has one. Is it confirmed you have to do the backstory? Ive heard they just all need to be in your camp.

Maybe it will help clarify a bit, but I got the achivement on my first playthrough, and I didnt do most of the characters backstories. So I didnt need to do all of the origin beginning stories or play through each characters story. It sounds like Its just another bug that some people get and others dont. Im just suprised that its happening so much on consoles considering that there are so few variables between Xboxes. Ive been a PC guy for a long time and came to expect this on PC's considering that every pc is different and theres a billion things that could go wrong.... but and Xbox is an Xbox....

maybe is because like you are in noble humain you have already the dog that mean maybe you have to recruit the dog to a different origin than noble humain origin...anyway i got the same thing i just have to try to recruit the dog in another origin and maybe that gonna work lol

I was a noble human and didnt offically recruit the dog, but I still got the achievement at the end of the game.

Blarg, I will do a New game with a different character later though. I just finished the game and I need to breathe for a sec lol. I wish this problem was fixed though.

You know I read recently the latest DLC had issues, "return to Ostagar". I downloaded it b4 they pulled it and played it, could that cause a problem?

that one I cant help you with, considering that I tried to download it when they had already restricted its purchase. Could be, but I was always hearing that it was the update that screwed everyones game up morseo then the dlc. I havent really looked too much into that though.

so i have ventured back from the pub in hopes of a fix to the solution?! anyway if it helps narrow things down i would have gotten the achivement after i played retuyrn to ostagar

Same thing happened to me.. I have 2 different characters saved just before the landsmeet but for each one recruiting Secret Person doesnt unlock the achievement, I downloaded rto and played it aswell. We can only hope they fix it when they properly release rto. Which hopefully wont be to long. bit of a bummer though.

Well Im glad im not alone on this, yes lets hope so. I really wanted my recruitment achievement

So i started a new game, got to ostigar and was sent to the tower of ishal. All of a sudden bam recruiter achievement lol and all i had was Alister lol. The bioware gods look up on me today!

another quick question.  Did you clear your cache before you attempted this or no?   I'm not sure if that would make a difference, but I had already cleared mine...
