I honestly can't fathom that. Good music can seriously improve a gaming experience. For me, at least.

My personal favorite right now is the theme that plays during the first Citadel mission. That has been stuck in my head for a week.

And it does for me too...during cutscenes, not during gameplay proper


 
It should be noted Mass Effect 1 got it right, music NEVER turned off during cutscenes

Suicide Mission is technically a combat song since it plays while you fight the Human Reaper. But that would just be unfair to include.

I'd have to say "Rannoch" from ME3. The right mix of synth (appropriate for the conflict) and epic horns.
