I wouldn't go for any of the other companions, except maybe Shale once she is re-dwarfed. But of the NPC's Teagan, Shianni, Gorim, and possibly Ser Cauthrien.

Party Companions: Well, not much choice, honestly. Maybe Morrigan could have been bi? lol Maybe Oghren? Sten was kind of scary in a "We're friends but I wouldn't ask you for a cookie" way

I would have romanced either Kaytlin from redcliff, the girl from the redcliff bar, Lady of the Forest is on my 1stplace position, and also that elven girl you can bed in Brecilian Dalish camp

Ser Gilmore definitely - such a cutie! Teaghan as well. Oh, and Sten, definitely...he even allows you to tease him a bit once you're at a high enough approval rating - it's sort of endearing.

You need to wait for the new DLC, Dragon Age: Romancing the Stone if you really want Shale. 

More seriously, I wish the  OP had "None of the Above" as an option.

Yeah, Alistair couldn't handle himself in the Deep Roads.... and Zev....it's hard to respect a guy when you've got a good +6 Strength on him

Actually he can be "Bi" choice more than female only, especially when he is drunk.
He asked my warden to bed with him, well even he was... well a man I said sure. +4 approval.
