I usually PUG with at least 2 in Platinum because my buddy and I never have friends on.

Only have a couple folks added from the BSNer pool. Timing just hasn't lined up to play with them a lot. Open to adding more folks for when I get back in April.

Yeah I'm also Central Timezone (from Texas) I play from 8 a.m - 2:00 p.m. or sometimes after work 10 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

I PUG because I don’t have much time to play, and my friends are sadly almost never online when I am.

Quick drop-in gameplay means I can play NOW and not later. Plus I know my time is usually limited so I don't want to give the impression I will be playing for hours to my friends. Plus, my list is rather short.

My survival skills are through the roof though!

i pug alot because it's hard sometimes cordinating friends who live in different timezone's.
plus it's quite challenging and fun watching,when every one is running around like headless chickens trying to get killed.

I don't want to break my record of 100% pug matches since the demo. (jk, but it's true that I played only pug)

The real reasons would be:
1. You can get into game much quickly
2. My friends don't play ME
3. I don't have a mic
4. Some people asked me to invite or join sometimes, but it ends up failure 'cause I'm either already in-match or his/her lobby gets filled in before I get in.
(I was still playing on ps3 at that time, so typing messages with controller is a pain in the arse and slow, making it hard to communicate)
5. Randomness of pug is fun
6. I like it when I randomly meet bsners in pug. My origin id is different though.

I PUG for a variety reasons: if friends aren't online or are already in full rooms, if I feel like a challenge, if I only have time for a quick game or two, or sometimes I'm just simply in the mood to PUG.

However, I usually end up half-PUGing. I have a friend that's generally online the same times I am, so we'll typically hook up and then fill the other two slots with PUGs.

I PUG to improve my soloing skills.

In fact I'd be glad to play with friends. When I open Origin I always see several friends online and playing. However, their lobbies are usually filled so I have to host a public game. By the time another friend pops online my lobby is also filled so I can't invite him. The PUG cycle continues...

Because I'm usually on late at night when my GF is trying to sleep, she gets pissed if I interrupt her REM cycles to use my mic, so it's mic-less pugging for me most of the time...

Dreadfully alone combined with the fact I kinda like seein how others use their characters differently. Plus you get to overhear some real strange conversations.. And judge people.
