Depends on the class, but generally either the prime or the praetorian.

I am a vanguard, why would i be low on health ?, if i am low on health i'll just charge anything that won't sync kill me kite some bosses with my new life, run to an ammo box and kite all the bosses so they happen to be in a big pack so my missile will actually killstreak them.

I want to say Praetorian because they're bulky and armor piercing butt lasers, but when it comes right down to it, I hate Phantoms must of all, unless I'm playing a Slayer or Paladin.

The lone banshee on Dagger was definitely my personal favorite missle I have ever seen. It took place on the back LZ as a Banshee jumps into the circle on extraction with three seconds left on the clock. She goes into ranged mode with about two bars of armour left and wasn't even near any of us. She sticks her hand out right as you apply a missle directly to her forehead. I laughed so hard my eyes started leaking.
