Sometimes you just don't want to move at all.
Like  someone just killing everything, so after 2 waves passed you decide go find another spawn and sync killed 4 times in a row around the corner.

I played a silver match with a lone wolf banner user earlier today. While I did my best and didn't go down too often (Praetorians suck, not that anyone needs reminding) looking at the final scores, he pretty much played the match for us:blush:.

I've never had to carry a whole team for the whole match, but I did have to carry the last few waves once on gold (not as bad, but still annoying). there have been too many cass of one guy dying every wave and letting the other three of us take him all the way.

Honestly, I’ve had more than a couple games like that with PUGs, and neither my N7 rank (570) nor my Challenge rank (~3900) is particularly high. I’m not one to defend PUGs, but a lot of them just don’t have good strategies/playstyles down, so they just die a lot. We on BSN are pretty well-read on game mechanics/exploits/etc., so for example, we could laugh at PUGs back in the day when they tried to use ULM on anything that wasn’t the Geth SMG. PUGs suck, sure, but I don’t think it’s always because they aren’t trying (although maybe they weren’t in your case); they just don’t know any better.

I've played (non-pug) gold matches where an elite player scores ~200,000 while the rest of us share the other points. And that's with NO slack off from the other team members. Usually these have been the quickest games I've been in. It's just that the elite player was very/extremely good (with max guns, consumables, etc.) compared to the rest.

Sorry dude, but each time you make excuses for not being able to kill anything, you sound even more scrub-like than the last time.  You should quit.

They're not as skilled as you so you fail wave 10 on purpose? What a fantastic team mate!

I like to play Gold PUGs, helping the other 3 players, reviving everyone like 5 times per wave, doing all objectives by myself, no problem. But I often play without medigel (only buy Arsenal Packs), problem is when I go down, game's over.
I don't even know where all this really inexperienced players come from. I mean ME3 is 1 year old, right?

Oh this wasn't about skill. They weren't trying on purpose, I've not doubt about that. Not to mention, if they WERE trying, you should not be playing a difficulty higher than you can handle expecting free credits. That's WAAAAY more d-baggy than what I did to teach them a lesson.

Teammates contribute. The other three clearly were not. If there's anyone to fault, fault the ones who clearly should have been playing at a lower difficulty.

Stop obsessing over your manifest and buy some JEPs.  Don't be the guy who never uses consumables.  It's selfish and results in Mission Failed all too often.

Besides...maxing your manifest isn't that important.  Once you've unlocked those weapons, you'll realize that skills trump weapons every time, and most of the stuff you unlocked will just sit on the shelf anyway.

This, when I play with my newly aquired "team." When ever we have to have a PuG jump in, we always check his N7 HQ, no Medi-gels/Rockets/etc, that's an instant boot, no matter how good he looks. Deaths happen to even the best of us, and we need reliable team mates during Gold/Platinum.

This, the reason my team mates died was because I couldn't kill the entire enemy spawn before they killed my team mates off. I would revive them as many times as I deemed safe, but when it came to the time to use their medi-gel, they were being stingy buttholes about it. I just figured they went, "He'll just solo this wave, so I don't have to stay alive." *Team mate has flat-lined!*

Eh, actually, you'd be surprised at what a good sniper can do. I took my Reegar-toting Batarian Slasher into a London/Reaper/Silver game, and because I had pretty much no long-range options save for Lash, try as I might I really wasn't able to do anything before the sniper got to them.

I stayed away from Silver for a long time over that.

This is true. It also makes you sloppy, when the *&^% eventually hits the fan.
