Full numbers base strength to begin with as they die the geth programs enter their little terminal system thing once half the physical platforms are gone all geth now gain .25 percent accuracy and processing speed. Last geth standing has all the data from all its fallen team mates. Last enemy standing has access to all digital platforms gains (becomes hopper mixed with whatever unit it once was) movement speed and agility from enhanced data processing as well as aim objective waves only. Physical vessel of the geth digital platforms hidden in random location every wave difficult to kill but if successful geth significantly weakened -.25 aim and agility. 

AND NO STAGGER LOCK. Not saying remove stagger but make only a few attacks do stagger a small percent of the time.
