So I am wondering how the majority of builders (mostly PW's) make encounters and such. Do you use the regular NWN encounter system? Do you use a custom encounter system? How are most of the PW builders doing this now a days?

I also use this: Random Spawner

Then there is Ness and AmanShadar's spawner too.

I also use mobile spawner and spawning placeables.

I'm using the normal NWN encounter system. It works, so I havent felt Ia need to change.

I still have a few standard NWN encounters scattered in a few older areas of my PW, although I have mostly switched over to using a slightly modified form of the CEP Sparky Spawner (found in version 2.3 and later).

I use standard encounters for creature mobs. Though, I make several encounters in the same place to ensure I get the mix of creatures I want.

I use the Sparky Spawner if:
I want to spawn a particular NPC in a certain spot (guards around on the city walls, merchants, questNPC),
I only want something there during a certain time of day,
I want them to spawn only a certain percentage of time,
I want to spawn random numbers of something (townsfolk, animals in the forest) randomly through an area or a random distance from a waypoint in the area (e.g. I put a WP in the middle of the market, then have 1-3 of several NPC types spawned at random locations within 50m of that spot and have them randomly walk about)

I have modified a few things with the sparky spawner too to fit my needs.
