How do I add a [german, russian,...] version to my addin?

When I open the string-editor there is no alternativ.. I even havent found the funcion behind "Export Foreign Talktable".

I haven't been able to find any information on this, and I have a suspicion that foreign-language versions of mods will have to be created by someone using the foreign-language client. :\\ Hopefully, someone will prove me wrong.

There is no german TS-Version and I dont think that it will come.
