Is there anyway around these types of bugs?

I hate when I decide to go and read through some entries...and I read things like..."she gave her life so her son connor could live" for Isolde...yet I took the long route and went to the circle tower to get mages so that I can save everyone.

It's obviously not that big of a deal...but I would love it if there was a way to fix these bugs.

Actually I don't remember any others, at least so blatantly wrong, from Origins.

Yes there are few codex bugs (that is, the wrong entry for your choice)... both on console and PC
