It was fairly obvious - the reckoning kit , operation Lode Star and stopping balance changes and then n7 weapons made U R . Fun while it lasted . Will keep playing , still learning and still million miles away from max manifest

Ah, that’s too bad. I liked the weekend challenges.

It would be nice if BioWare could just repeat the past challenges, but that unfortunately won’t happen.

Thanks for all the fun and support of multiplayer for the last year BioWare, appreciated it!

So really then it is a waste of time earning credits to get UR's etc if and when the servers close down what is the point we wont be able to use them, also is it just me or is it not right they sell a product which for me was expensive plus dlc etc with MP in the game to finish it, misadvertising or whatever you call it, so peeps who dont know about the forum will go out and buy the game and wont be able to play MP when the servers are finished? I wont be bothering with ME4 anyways with the amount of trouble I have had with this game.

This hurts those who recently got the game, as well as the WiiU port. They no longer have the ability to complete the "N7 Mastery" a.k.a. "N7" or the "Mass Effect" a.k.a. "The Best of the Best" challenges. That is unless BW alters the qualifications for said challenges.

Yes you can. They added sufficient subchallenges that weekend ops are no longer necessary to complete any of the existing available Challenges.

So as some others have said, what happens when the servers can no longer be maintained? Will there be anyway to play MP anymore, or will all the effort to unlock everything be cast aside and this fun feature be rendered pointless?

DEFIANCE is out in 11 days pre order now for mass co-op, multiplayer yes 2 seperate modes at same time and its a mass MMO.

ME3 is dead time to move on.

Coincidentally Trion's NDA was lifted yesterday, so I can legally say... shoot, what do I want to say? Oh, let's keep it positive. In my opinion, Warframe is the closest kindred spirit to ME3 MP in terms of style, game mechanic, overall feel. Defiance does not resemble Mass Effect in any aspect.

But they did add extractions challenges to squad elite, so it is possible to get it without doing weekend challenges.

Check your challanges or balance changes, Unknown Map and Unknown Enemy challenges have been added just for this.

a moronic decision. Must be EAs doing. In a PVP the draw is to get to the top.  In a co-op it's the communal challenges (not the damned store). How very sad. Thanks for your very creative and ingenious work BioWare. Sorry EA is so lacking in vision. Short term goals, short term profits, short term life. <_<

Those worried about the servers being shutdown any time soon shouldn't. Most of the games that have had servers shutdown have been old sports games, games that had been long since dead or never alive in the first place.Good/popular games like Battlefield: Bad Company and Burnout Paradise still have servers going almost five years after their releases. Burnout Revenge had it's servers up for 6 years before it's end finally came. Need for Speed: Carbon is 7 years old and it's servers are still going with no imminent closure.

So relax; we still have plenty of time with ME3.
