In my experience, most of the Slayers i've seen have as a unique objective the biotic slash spamming, sadly, a very bad strategy.

It's the most powerful vanguard but also for some reason, the one that people don't know how to use, maybe that's the reason why you don't see them too often.

The most powerful Vanguard? Ehm, not sure how you get that...oh well, generational gap.

They're highly host dependent. Not fun off host.

I'd certainly play the slayer more if I hosted more.

Everyone knows he's just a nerfed version of the shadow.
BWAHAHAHA my slayer will eat your little Pyjak shadow
Also, its host dependency that makes them rare. The good ones phase disrupt and that is only good while hosting.

Great melee class but a great nuking class as well with charge-pd spam.

I measure that with damage output capacity and survivability.

Accidentally ran a Slayer (with a DISCIPLE) against Gold Geth in a game that Crimson Vanguard was hosting.
Not fun. At all.

Never seen anyone play him effectively, even when they were hosting. 98.7% of them are BS spammers.
If anyone on Xbox plays a kickass Slayer let me know.

Slayer is probably my favorite, but hosting is a pain, because it takes so long to fill a lobby, while quick match always nets me a lobby after a few seconds pass.
Love my Slayer, never get to play him.

I play a mean Slayer. Need to be host though.
