Heh, I agree Deerber. With his dodge of the gods, he's the only vanguard kit I don't hold back with charge - maybe only a teensy bit to check what animation state the boss is in.

Well I rarely get into all Biotic teams that I could make use of BS. Mostly they are Infiltrators with tech or techies or sentinels. So PD does everything for me. 

That sucks bro.

A lot of the people I roll with typically speak up and say "Let's do an all Bio-boom team." or "Let's do an all tech team."

Had a really good one yesterday with Devilgood and Miklu where I was a QME, Devil was a Slayer and Miklu was an AUI on Cerberus/Hydra/Plat... it was one of the more ridiculous synergy teams I've been a part of in awhile.

Then later that night, myself, HeroicMass, Sketfish and Slimjim ran an all Biotic team on Rio/?/Plat (forgot what faction) that was hilarious also. I remember... I was a Krolord, someone was a Justicar, someone was a Warp/Thrower, and someone was a Collector Adept.

Insane team synergy is what brings the most enjoyment out the game for me.... not the '4 lone wolves' style games that PUGs tend to be.

Edit - mega, I haven't played novaguard in so long... but I remember getting grabbed aplenty with (her). I know L2P, but I've spent tons more time playing Slayer, and after I had much better knowledge of the game. I'm sure a good novaguard can do it. That's not me though

The only thing that scares me are Praetorians walking on the ground...

I tried it out, my finger hurt from constantly pressing 2 all the time. Not really my thing but I can see how it is effective.

It's alot easier on Ecks Bawks... PD is on one of the buttons above the triggers. Feels totally natural.

I'll toss in my two cents on the best vanguard debate, I would put Asari Vanguard slightly ahead of the Slayer as a mook killer on GOLD simply because a couple of lift grenades is all that is needed to annihilate anything Phantoms or weaker. You can bounce them around corners and it has a larger radius with no target limit. But, she suffers severely against bosses because lift grenades cannot be spammed like PD can. On Platinum, the Slayer will mostly likely leave the Assguard behind in the dust due to that fact.

Asari Vanguard all the way. I say the least popular one is the original human vanguard and with good reason.

He's awesome with a Talon or Falcon. On-Host. That's most likely the issue.

Well... I know that now, but didn't when I was an immortal novaguard silver-playin' goddess
Novaguard was really the first character I played in MP (with any degree of success). Once I got more equipment/ kits/ skillz, I took off those training wheels.
