See i've noticed that there are people on the forums that aren't really to "fond" of farming to me i see it as another way of playing the game such as camping in one area isnt that just a strategy correct me if im wrong but i payed 59.99 when the game came out so if i want to camp/farm im gonna do that oh and to the people that want to see the characters that we play as(Juggernaut,Havoc,Cabal.etc) stop whining it will benefit you more. You dont have to agree with me but its co-op people nothing hurts the players but the players themselves. I like to farm it makes my actual life easier to manage when i can do a normal gold in 20 min so hate if you will but its your game play the way you want to play.

people don't like it cause a majority of people do it so when searhcing for a regular game you get thropwn in a farming lobby and then the game takes forever cause your killing and the other 3 are huddled up like scared turtles in a corner

Nothing wrong with farming itself. But farming with the wrong methods and populated the matchmaking system with nothing but farming lobbies are wrong.

and thats why people don't like farmers. becuase they ruin other peoples fun. he has to look for a different difficulty or play a boring game basically. you don't see how that ruins his fun?

Why can't farmers play a different difficulty until they have friends online. Why should there be a double standard that farmers are allowed to interfere with how I want to play the game, but complaining about how they play the game isn't allowed?

Hmm thats a good point but dont forget they arent the ones that are complaining they're a part of the community as well they have just a right to play platinum as everyone does

The main problem is when I want to play an actual Platinum game, all I get is Rio farming. When searching for U/U/P, I want the game lobby to literally be set to Unknown. The problem is actually with Bioware's game search. Their search system looks for "any" game, when it should look for lobbies set to "unknown".

I'll agree with you there but again they have just as much right to play platinum as we all do so even though the other players may "ruin" other peoples experience then if people dont like it then search for a new lobby thats what i do... i still run into lobbies with firebase white geth gold its kinda agrivateing but i back out and keep searching. sure it takes a while to find a solid lobby but its worth it.

I primarily see Bioware being the ones against it, and that is because it hurts micro-transaction sales. And I am not saying that just to blame EA and big business, but farming in general does discourage people from buying packs with real money which does hurt EA/Bioware's profits.

You are completly right about this it really is bioware but they're ending the game here with reckoning and i really wish that they would put in one last update to clean up there searching system but it unfortunately wont happen. unless we as community stop fighting as groups and start as one.

You are right about this it does hurt their micro-transaction sales and we should all know that money is what everyone strives for.
