It's Shepard, his head looks tacked on, and the armour isn't the latest model, the shoulders are wrong. Definitely photoshopped.

It looks like ME3 armor to me, just not with the same shoulderpads we usually saw on the covers.

Also, Harbinger's eyes are under the "3".

I'll never see it, but I want Shepard's story to continue...not a fresh start. As much as they don't want to believe it, Mass Effect is Shepard...is Garrus...is Wrex...is Ashley...is Liara...etc. They will have a daunting task ahead of them.

Citadel Noire would be incredible!  None of the stupid "LETS SAVE THE GALAXY.  AGAIN" crap.  Come on, (as players) we've already done it once.

I would love for this to be true, but he sounds as though it's wishful thinking rather than an actual idea.

While the Mass effect universe could spawn many different games and I'm quite sure where it will prob end up..MMO  or FPS

What made these games so great was the characters the character stories, shepard and the interactions between them. If bioware can repeat this then they will have another hit. But considering the ending and the direction they started to take in ME3 and I did not think it was the strongest of the trilogy I am sceptical. I am hopefull tho.

But you won't ever be able to tell for sure, because all he moves is...a single finger twitch. And that twitch will haunt you for the rest of your life.

Well, from high destroy a finger twitch is one step ahead
In 10 years the batarian son of Shepard will open his eyes in his ending

Mass Effect was at first place Scifi about exploration and universe around the protagonist, but this "CSI:Citadel or CI´Noire" will be worthless attempt to be some sort of action game or TPS and not the RPG...
