If you could implement 1 weapon and 1 character from another game into ME3 MP, what would it be?

I don't suppose you can consider his battleship Hyperion as a weapon?

What's the niche of Steel Anarchy if I may ask? Never had one myself. Only a Double Anarchy.

Solid Snake with a Tranquilizer gun. I'm not interested in killing, but I do want to mess with every enemy character and hear them say, "Huhh?" in that idiotic tone.

Character: Hmm. That damn golem from Dragon Age: Origins. You could argue it's an AI in a freaky body.

Weapon: the nailgun from Quake! We could pretend it would be based on Grail spike thrower technology, just in an assault rifle form.

In what Quake game was the Nailgun? I had Quake for the N64, but sucked at it and din't play it very often. But it does seem like quite a good gun. an AR version of the Graal would be amazing.

Cloak + Typhoon would be awesome! If he has the typhoon as a power of course.
He'd have to.
