I would be ok with any of these, but realistically, I think that an UR pack would have to cost at least 500k.
there are 210 ultra-rare gun cards. about 7 gold runs for one ultra-rare card. at 25 minutes per gold match, you're looking at around 3 hours per card. 630 hours to unlock all of your UR guns is ludicrous, especially when most of those are not worth ultra-rare status. and no, i'm not interested in speed running.
if 210,000 per pack=3 gold runs, 25 min per gold run, it comes to 1 hour and 15 minutes per pack. it would take a player 262 and a half hours to max out their ultra-rare guns. that is much more realistic for a game. if this were a job at 40 hours a week, it would take 6 and a half weeks, or over a month and a half to finish the job.

So play Platinum. You do realize that you wouldn't HAVE to buy the UR pack, right? At $500K, it would double the generally accepted drop rate, which seems more than fair to me.
At no point did BioWare say that maxing all URs was an entitlement.

Personally, any but option D would be great.

doubling the current drop rate won't make it a good drop rate. again, 630 hours of gold runs (without speed running) is extremely excessive.
i pug. pugging platinum sucks, but that's beside the point. it would take 750 platinum matches to max your ultra-rare guns. if a player finishes a platinum match at 35 minutes, it would still take 437 and a half hours to complete ultra-rare guns, and this is at the highest level of play.
now in terms of dollars. i doubt they would make this UR pack 15 dollars. at 10 dollars a pack, that comes to 2100 dollars to max your UR guns. at 8 dollars a pack, that comes to 1680 dollars. those are ludicrous numbers even if a 500,000 credit pack was 8 dollars.
210,000 creds at 5 dollars a pack, you're still looking at 1050 dollars if you're going to buy them. that's still a stupid amount of time and money for the ultra-rare guns.

no one ever said it was an entitlement. putting in over 400 hours at the highest level of play to max your manifest is just wrong. that type of commitment should be rewarded moreso than it is now.

if not, at least demote 6 or 7 guns that don't deserve ultra-rare status.
This (stares at Eagle, Valkyrie, Venom, Scorpion, Indra, Geth Spitfire and more)

We should get a commendation pack with 1 UR each time we complete one of the 25 main challenges.
At least that would be an incentive of sorts to play towards, instead of the lottery of despair we have now.
Options B or C sound good.
That's ...actually not a bad idea. Especially since the weekend challenges are dead now.

An N7 Equipment pack already leaked on the PS Store meaning such a pack already exists but they just need to unlock it.
Interesting. Considering this also happened with the reserves and arsenel packs on the PS3 and Bioware said not to touch them until they released them properly. Or something along those lines

the way i see UR's is that they are a reward, not something handed out like candy.
doesnt really matter to me, already maxed my manifest.
but also i see the point you guys are making, after all nobody know how much longer the servers will be up.
but at the same time if UR's are too easy to get, then they become less "special" or people wont have the same "omg i just got an upgrade!! im so happy!! blahblah bla".
just sayin, but i see both sides to arguments and both sides makes sense, so please dont put me on top of a pitchfork.
