Haven't gotten my wife to try any of the ME games or ME3MP for that matter. Then again, haven't tried either tbh, maybe I should.
She's a Nintendo junkie (kicks my ass in Mario Kart 8) and she plays/has played World of Warcraft and Diablo 3 quite a bit so it's not such a stretch to be honest.
We've already got a nice computer area all set up so maybe I ought to give it a shot. 
Though.. not sure her rig could handle it.. might need a new one first.

You two should go on a diet. It's easier to support each other that way.

I've mean support each other mentally on weight loss. 
Turian weight loss is just as easy as getting out of all that big bulky fat armor, no dieting required

Reading through this thread there are, and have been, quite a few. We're a couple who met on BSN, and we not only play together regularly but are also living together. She does have carry me most of the time because she's way better than I am, but that's a plus for me
I'd post a pic of my very own N7 Siren and myself, but every time I do, the thread gets locked.....
We play side by side on the same desk, which is a novelty for me and a lot of fun. Threats like "don't you dare lock me in the Reactor" are a regular occurrence, as are gleeful wicked laughs (and shoves) when we manage to explode one another with a-bombs. And I get to come back from a business trip like today and hear all about Mark's new "hipster" build, the Volus Adept with the Kishock... 
And even when he loses me to another game like Fallout 4 or an umpteenth playthrough of The Witcher 3 as happened lately, I can hear him swearing at pugs while he endures my cursing drowners. In a word, it's bliss. 
Nobody ever hear of ME3mp in the places I go...
My girlfriend (she's reaperred59 on PC) plays on occasion. She's PC master race, but I prefer being a console peasant. But she plays The Sims and Skyrim more than she does ME3.
We tried to play together once, we were going to be a male quarian and female quarian duo and fight the geth, which sounds really dorky in retrospect. But we've got a mid-range gaming PC and two terrible laptops and neither of the laptops could handle it without crashing a lot so we gave up on it.
I just saw this again and I'm happy at how times have changed. I don't suppose TheTechnoTurian is still playing the Sims more than ME3.
On the other hand it's been 3 years and I still can't get my husband to play. 
I broke up with my xbox a few months ago and started a new relationship with the PS3 around the same time.....the divorce is still pending.
