I have to commend you so much! It is the greatest relationship of all time, the most successful, the bravest road taken, the most rewarding, as long as you don't start writing journals in third person a la The Shining or Fight Club you're golden

Well I'd say the one thing in common here is you. Not all women. Not all women do that, and that is a fact. NO I do not think you are deficient in any way- they were just obviously "wrong" for you or whatever. That said ..well you've had some bad times. Don't give up? Maybe? Fatalism: it sucks. 

^Agreed. I'm a single dude who's had the same basic issue: all my attempts at starting a relationship haven't worked. I just take it as a sign that things obviously wouldn't have worked that way with x person and I move on. But give up? Never. Things'll click between me and the right female someday.

Besides, no matter what happens, I always have my Typhoon. Her incendiary ammo is all I really need to bring warmth and joy to my heart.... until the ME3 MP servers close

Me too, my wife and I played L4D once, an entire mission but all she really did was spin around in circles, and then at the Cabin she let me drown in the water and didn't revive me, while the boat rescued her.

So I yelled at her, we got into a fight, slept in different rooms and haven't played a game together since.

Actually she specifically mentioned an interest in a girl playing as a Volus with a Batarian Gauntlet.
Something about power-fisting, which I guess is like hate-surfing?
I don't know, it was far more perversion than I could handle. Durza didn't seem to understand either, but he was enthused, regardless.

Anyways... couples play. Cute in concept but not without a dark, moist, squishy side.

My gf doesn't play videogames much (The Sims is the only game that held her interest) but she does find it fun watching me play ME3 multiplayer. I think she just enjoys "backseat playing" like telling me what to shoot, where to retreat etc. and I get amused seeing her slightly annoyed whenever I don't follow her suggestions (or she'd laugh at me when I get down due to following her horrible in-game advice)

The one in the corner is mine,lol...They are both 24'' monitors,just the full tower makes it look smaller.

Unless he was referencing my photo on page 2, and yeah, the wife's on a 27" monitor while I'm on the 50" big screen.  For ME3, we typically stick to those screens, but for other games we actually do switch back and forth.  And whoever is playing something SP always gets the big screen and the awesome soundsystem. So it is mostly equal.  Mostly.

Yup, the couple who slays together, stays together! <3 
I love playing with my hubby, even though it's hard.. Me ME3 MP we can handle as long as someone from Australia host, but as soon as we try and play something else when we don't have a "middle" host, its sooo bad becasue he's on sattelite...

My husband introduced me to gaming and created a monster.  Now I'm completely addicted and play more than he does.  We also have a side by side set up with a bed for the cats between us.  It's great family time.  With swearing.

Been trying to talk my gf into playing me3mp. She states she is horrible at these games, although she has no problem with a lot of other games e.g. Soul Caliber, Diablo 3 and a few others we have played together.

 

It is awesome finding a signifigant other who enjoys gaming in addition to the other things we enjoy.

 

I have told her she just needs to get into some bronze matches with some crutchy characters and figure it out. She really wants to play destiny together when it comes out, so needs to start somewhere, especially before our son gets here.
