If I was better at speaking during video's (or editing it in after) I could have made more than a few videos like this as well. It's bad enough that he goes to rocket spam on extraction in a vain attempt to catch up but like most of the games when I played with him, goes down several times trying to get that perfect rocket off. Priceless!

As much as I don't care for gaming video's, Xcal does make me laugh.

I know about the dot of incendiary ammo that let you even without shotgun medals or any other weapon medal, the thing is, in those +75 shotgun kills you didn't get the headshot medal, even the worse player using reegar + Krogan get the headshot medal because at some moment of the game if you are soloing ( mainly platinum ) you will get enemies very close, and faster units like Draagons, Hunters and Phantoms are never alone, so if one of those get very close to you is more likely that you will shot the head since from the Krolord perspective it is much easier to aim to the head because otherwise you have to look down too much due to the size of the warlord.

About the melee, even if you use it very ocasional it is weird that you don't use the Biotic Hammer, which also give you melee kills, that's how I know that you didn't use it enough and also, Biotic Hammer detonate fire explosions of your reegar, amazing for bosses with ARMOR and even better for a small crowd control, you could kill enemies nearby bosses with the fire explosions and it would give you tech kills, but you didn't do that, you didn't got tech kills either and that means that you were completely relying on your reegar.

And I know that even reegar being so powerful, is not powerful enough to keep you alive on a plat solo without detonate any combos ( because you were not using the hammer ), because you were not with rage and its damage reduction activated most of the times, otherwise you would have melee kills.

So you were also without that health regen speed, and the health regen speed without rage is nothing special to keep you alive in platinum.

So, I know that it would have take you more time on Giant to do that solo only using Reegar, that's why I say you used a trainer, because you didn't even rely on fire explosions to stay away from sync killers, but you also didn't spend too much time running away from them because the map is big and the time is fast. So I think you used one of those cheats you know, one of those cheats that give you 1 shot, 1 kill or maybe a modification to the coalesced but I say is not legit.


The funny thing is, the players with good knowledge about this game are agree with what I just said , we are not stupid.

You are such a noob that you don't even know there are no Dragoons on Reaper Platinum, I did get 10-19 headshot kills, I only got in rage mode 2 times, once in wave 1 and once in wave 2 by killing husks, that is all. I killed phantoms with Striker when they showed up in wave 7,8, 9. Used 1 rocket on Waves 6, 7, 8 &10 and 2 rockets on wave 9. I did damage a few isolated banshees with Fire Explosion but I dont remeber if they died or had a little health remaining. As for cheats & trainers, I dont need them and have never searched for the trainers to make this game a joke, I respect it too much.

With Reegar I aim at the centre of the body so I can come in contact with maximum surface area instead of aiming for the head and missing with most of the beam. So I think it is better to go for the body instead of the head when using the reegar at least for bosses if not for smaller enemies.

Yeah, I really do enjoy XCal's videos too.  I've played with him a few times, and he's the only player I've ever played with that I would say is quite amazing at this game.  Some of us are good or very good, but he's quite amazing.  We were in a race to be the first to get BoTB banner back in the fall, and he beat me by a few hours.

I didn't read this thread till the end, and it's quite funny how this thread has devolved.  I've played with the OP a few times in PUGs, and he's good.  I did find it strange that he brought in a TGI with Cyclonic IV and Grenade V into a gold game the last time I saw him in my lobby.

I wasn't planning on reading or commenting in this thread, but I saw a reference to xcal, and I had to just say he is quite an amazing ME3 MP player.  His videos are pretty much the best ME3 videos on youtube.

You're really  going with a speedrun glacier match huh? There are no weapon medals anywhere so there was spawn nuking the whole match. Are you mental or do you just not know when to stop?

17.00 minute PUG with newly nerfed Piranha with extreme lag. Still scoring over 100K in difficult to play conditions I think I could have done better but it was never a fare match for me when the enemies and my character are rubberbanding all over the place they are difficult to aim & hit with a shotgun.

Can be done with Coalesced.bin edits.

You ignored this the first time I brought it up; since multiple knowledgeable players crucified N7Link for being a 6/6/6/6/6 and coalesced cheater due to his video, you cannot simply post a screenshot and expect anyone here to believe you ran an honest run at all.

Now you ignored RedJohn's clear examples of how you did a massive character promote to avoid getting caught with 6/6/6/6/6 characters and you obviously know how to edit coalesced because the default FPS rate is 60. You changed it so that you could run 120, how are we supposed to believe you didn't change anything else?
