Did anobody come up with an algorithm of how squadmates use their powers? I've just started a new playthrough and wanted them to use powers on their own (since the game is easy enough and I don't want to bother with more than 3 keybindings for powers - blame MP for spoiling me), but after Mars I'm already seeing strange things. For example, Liara seems to use Singularity (with its super short cooldown) much less often than Kaidan uses his powers (Overload/Reave which both have 10sec+ CDs). Is there some hardcoded limit that prevents squadmates from using powers more often?
