I paid for 1200 BioWare points, however due to a transaction error when trying to buy the Citadel DLC, my points are gone and I don't have the DLC.

The transaction shows on my PayPal, but after a longwinded converstion with EA via phone they claimed my case 'weird' and directed me to the forums to wait for a moderator to come help me with this problem. Quick help with this issue would be appreciated.
