So I have played a few different times all the way through ME3 with different ME2 saves and was just wondering if there was anyway to get the game to think it's a NG+ on a fresh ME2 import so I have access to the higher level of weapon/mod upgrades. 

When I finish one play through I know I can go into gibbed and change a bunch of stuff in the last save and just hit NG+ on that edited save but really if I do a run with Paragon Soldier Maleshep and want to start a Renegade Vanguard Femshep run I'll be changing a ton of stuff and can easily miss something I want changed and not notice until I'm well into the new game.  So just wondering if I can edit my Coalesced to auto think all new games are NG+ or do something in Gibbed to change a new save into thinking it's a NG+?

Any help or suggestions would be great, thanks!

Open up Gibbed with your save, go to the Raw tab, set the End Game State to "Lived to Fight Again" and then go into "Plot" then "Known Variables" and set New Game+ Count to something other than 0.

Thats how I got mine to work.
