I've tried every condition, even Self:Any and Enemy:Any, to get my bard to deactivate Captivating Song using tactics.  Nothing works; she stops singing after combat, but that's it.

Is this a bug or is there something I'm not doing right?

Using PC 1.02A, no mods installed.
