Hello, I received Dragon Age: Origins for Christmas. The game was sealed. It even had this little thing at the bottom that most DVDs have.

The thing is, whenever I try to redeem the codes for Shale and the Blood Dragon Armor, I get an error message saying that it was already redeemed... What do I do? Nobody opened it. Did I receive a wrong code or what?

I'd like my DLC .__.

After you redeem your codes, you have to download them. At least, on the 360 version. They downloads don't automatically start.

I know that, but it's not how it works. When you click to redeem, the website opens, and I have to enter the code. Then I get the message.

Sometime the error message appears even when it works. Check your Registered Game Promotions Page to see if the DLC shows up there.

If it doesn't show up there, make sure you are entering the codes correctly. The font they use likes to makes some letters and numbers look very similar. (I got tripped up for a long time by a B that looked like an 8)  In the end if you can't redeem your codes you will have to contact EA support at http://help.dragonage.com/

If they do show up there, but not downloading in game, there's a very detailed sticky in the PC Tech forum that has DLC troubleshooting information.

Well, it does show up there... But not in game... : l I'll try stuff I guess.
