Audio/Visual Un-synchronized/Missing: There are several, but here are a few:
1) When Arl Howe comes to Loghain (who is sitting on the throne) and tells him it will be civil war after all, several portions of Loghain's dialogue are missing. Anora asks if he killed Cailin and I get to try and read Loghain's lips for a bit.
2) ** SPOILER** When you enter Howe's dungeon and meet Riordan, his killing of the guard is not synched with the audio.
3) There are several times where characters will begin to speak with no audio, then reset and speak with audio. (Upon meeting Sloth Demon, Bracillian Camp Demon, some "thank you" dialogue from various npc's)
4) **SPOILER** Audio/vis unsynched if you chose to kill or let Allisair fight Loghain.
Quest Rewards not given:
1) The Shaper of Memories says he's giving you a trinket for returning the tracings of the Golom Registry, yet you recieve nothing.
Romance... glitch?
1) I'm not sure if this is entirely correct, but this is what I've pieced together- first time it happened I had no clue what happened.
You romance Morrigan to the point of intimacy, then go and romance Lelianna until she asks you to break up with Morrigan. Break up with Morrigan in the least penalizing way (-15) and then cement your relationship with Lelianna. If you continue to give gifts and such to Morrigan up to the point where she adores you and then give her the Gold Mirror, there is a dialogue option "It's a gift for a beautiful woman" ( or so) that seems to bring the romance back. Next time you talk with her, she will accuse you of "doting upon that girl" and you go through the "forced choice" dialogue. If you chose Morrigan and then go speak to Lelianna, there is no break-up dialogue. She acts as if you two are still an item. Presto! You now have two women who love you and don't seem to notice eachother.
The things that change are that your companions will now all believe you are in a romance with Morrigan, and even Lelianna will have a conversation with her telling her she thinks the love between us is wonderful.
HOWEVER, if you chose to kiss Morrigan in front of Lelianna, you will get an auto -5 approval each and every time you do it.
While this kind of thing isn't really the sort of thing I'd normally complain about, I THINK it may be connected with a serious problem I had later:
After allowing myself to be captured by Ser Cauthrien, I chose to wait for rescue and selected Morrigan and Lelianna as my rescuers (some fantastic dialogue if you let Lelianna bluff) but I ran into a bit of a snag when I arrived at the jail cell. I opened the door, and nothing happened. My PC was kneeling down with a "Mission Complete" icon above his head, and Allistair is standing beside him. No rescue cut-scene happens and you cannot target your PC for dialogue. Somehow I suspect this is tied in with which of your rescuers likes you more and caused a serious problem. If this is not the case, completely ignore the above.
If all these things are known problems, I apologize.
