Did that once. Crazy Icelandic chic was convinced I would really like raw seal-flab (since it's sooo good) if I only didn't know what it was. So she told me to close my eyes and fed me.

Would you (unarmed and alone), at late night, escort two women prosecuters to their cars on a dark parking lot outside the court building, where at least two, possibly three gangmembers of some kind were hanging, waiting for something, presumably the prosecutors, if they asked you to?

Hmm depends if I'm feeling virtuous or I'm being paid. But sure why not.

Of course not, silly. (and I wouldn't get into a knife fight either)

James Cameron did a real, umm,.. remarkable... dive down into the deepest depth on our planet, in an untried, unique, very small submersible. Would you do that?

Nope. I did that once. Hitched a ride with a crazy guy on mountain roads. Speed rarely got below 100Mph (I'm serious), tires squeeled and screamed in every long bend. He was hunched forward over the wheel and didn't say a single word during the entire 2 hour drive. I'm not doing that again. So thankyou, no.

Would you try a bite of Naga chili, chew it carefully and mush it about in your mouth?

Naga is the world's hottest variety of chili pepper. It's also a slow, building, lingering kind of chili. Not explosive and ethereal as Habanero. It's about twice as hot as Red Savina, which in turn is about four times hotter than Habanero. I've taken a bite of Naga twice. First time out of curiosity. Second time because "...Nah, it couldn't possibly have been as bad as i remember it.."

Yes, I'd like some steak.
If you had the time, would you try writing a book?

Yes. As long as it's grape and not grapefruit.

Would you try dropping (feet first of course) into water (deep) from a height of 15m or 45ft?

Sure, - I've never dropped from 15m and wouldn't. 10 is the most and that hurt a lot (I didn't keep my feet together).

Would you join a small crew in a sailboat to cross an ocean, say the Atlantic? (I wouldn't)

That's a wide question, I think. What is that?
Simplest answer is I'd try to survive. If struggle against formidable odds offers the best odds to do that, so be it. So yes. But taking an example from PvP-MMO, I sensed where things could be going and was deeply dissatisfied with our leaders. So I decided I deserved better chiefs and left, in good time, a couple months before annihilation. So No.

Would you try a dish made with insects?

Yes.
I will eventually die, personally, anyway. But that doesn't stop me from caring about freedom of reason, ideas, thought, speech, education and freedom for people to shape their lives. And my engagement spreads out in circular segments, family, friends, city, nation, culture, planet, humanity... Close enough, and I'll put my life on the line, I guess.

If an habitable planet was found around a distant star, and there was built a gigantic colonisation ship for a strictly one-way voyage, to attempt to settle and live on that planet. Would you go? Communications with earth would take many years, due to distance. But thanks to close to light-speed, the perceived time of travel onboard would only be a couple of years. Would you go?

I'm to craven to go with the first expedition, maybe after initial sucess and the 3rd ship is on its way there but no until theres some news of initial sucess.

Would you ever murder a bunch of people who have perhaps annoyed you over the years or because they are a problem to society or for greed /money or for whatever reason, if you were given complete legal immunity from any reprocussions and would be completely assured that any consequences would not happen?

Nope.
I've been poor (umh, well, 'sort of') all my life. I can be poor for the rest as well.
Besides not really caring much for money, except to have enough to get by, 4 years is too short to see through any kind of project I'd like to use a trillion dollar for. So no, no deal.

Would you make a deal with the devil? literally or figuratively speaking.
