Our experiences with the adas differ. I use it on my QME and wouldn't trade it for any weapon in the game. Not too heavy for that incinerate CD, the homing is laughably good, staggers 100%, spreads cryo easy. I've never seen a ridiculous wonky fail of the homing (but I often play host). If you put an extended mag on it you can just hold the trigger and fire forever. I start shooting before I even turn corners to see enemies.
Hosting might make a difference, my connection doesn't allow me to (it's night-unplayable for everyone for me.). When I use the Adas, the homing tends to screw up and it results in shots bypassing a target even with the crosshair centered on it.
If it is really the case, well, irony's on me because I never experienced the Falcon's dud syndrom.
Concerning the QME, this kit doesn't care about cooldowns so the Adas is fine, the QFE which the original poster refered to is different.
