Considering I couldnt find the dlc within the game, I decided to check out if I could download it from the website. By opening the dlc's page, and pressing "PC", it directs me to "checkout", which sound fine enough.
However, despite the fact that I have 1040 bioware point, it wont let me continue through with the purchase without adding any funds.
Am I just a moron, or is there some problem here?

Oh and um...RtO isn't out for PC yet, so you can't purchase it anyways. See the 30000000000000000000 threads about it, or the giant sticky at the top of the page for details and whining.

Aha, sorry 'bout that, I just read an article on the interwebz that it had been released in the states today, guess I was misinformed, and will go whine in a corner now.

You technicaly weren't it was released for the 360 then pulled later that day due to a bug.
