I'm not one for using forums often, but I ventured
online to see if stealing worth taking points in (seems the answer is
no) and stumbled upon the dex bug. Then from there, quite a few other
bugs for the xbox 360 version. I've been trying to learn information about plans for fixes, what the recent patch has done, etc. However I cannot seem to find the answers I'm just going to ask here:
Has
there been any confirmed official statement saying they're going to fix bugs for
the console version (not just the achievements) such as the dex-bug,
successful stealing not giving anything, shapechangeing stat issues,
and so on? Or would I be wise to try to get a refund/exchange at the store for the PC version of the game.
Sorry if I missed some big obvious post about it, it's just been alot of information to sift through in the last hour and a half I learned about these problems; I'm just frustrated because I heard such great things, but cannot play how I had wanted to (rogue or shapechanger) because of some problems that should have been handled in the testing phase.
Has there been an official statement about bugs?

Aside from officially adding a new one, no, there has not been a patch fixing anything meaningful on the console versions.

Fantastic. Guess I'll gun for the PC version, though I doubt I can run it very well. So there really hasn't even been a statement saying they will fix these glaring problems?
Well, one last question. Has the PC version been fixed of at least the more major bugs?

Do not buy the xbox version of this game. It is broken and we do not know when or even if it will be fixed. Wait until next year when its in the bargin bin as a bundle with DLC and expansion. That would be the best and cheapest way to buy the game.
