 Infiltrator was honestly just bad game design, as balanced weapons in game have taught me, when something is balanced it has a upside and a downside. class games have taught me classe should never replace eachother 
Lets look at the roles of the other classes
Vanguard: High risk, high reward, most mobile class
Sent: Tanky caster, a jack of all trades that can support and augment his team while not being as potent as them.
Engy: A utillity class
Adept: A CC class/spolsions class
Soldier: A point and shoot weapons platform 

Now let's look at the infiltrator
He doesn't need Tankyness, he can go invisible, he also is very mobile as he can run around the feild with cloaked
He steals the best utillity and combat powers from soldier, and the only thing he can't replicate is adepts CC.
Result? He has engies best powers, out weapons soldier, can beat biobooms with his raw damage, and doesn't need to tank because lolcloak

TL;DR Infiltrator needs to stop having the best of all classes and get a niche

While I agree with some of your points, infiltrators are clearly not the cause of ALL balance issues. Were the Destroyer and Demolisher nerfed because of infiltrators?

Having several units in the game that screw over everyone but soldiers and infiltrators didn't help.

Krolord should be an infiltrator. And be immune to sync kills.
For the sake of balance should also dual weild claymores. A claymore in each hand is balance right?

 There shouldn't even be balance issues the game was always fine before Fagnan nerfed stuff people whined about. It's against freaking AI, I don't even get why people think it even matters, well bad-experienced players do.  Anyone that whined nerf I hope me4 has pvp so you die a lot.
