Best biotic character?

IMO, everything else is blah. Fury is bad off-host, so that gets her disqualified (whereas the Valkyrie is still quite good off-host). The Drell Adept is kinda poopy on plat because you simply can't spawn nuke with the same effectiveness as on gold.

And vanguards are bad on plat because too much of what you can charge can sync-kill you.

Kinda sad that looking at my list, 3 of the 4 kits involve priming with a biotic ability and then using your weapon to DPS. Just shows how weapon-centric the game has become.

Only biotic kit I've never tried but just realized could be good is the Slasher. On paper he could probably be the 5th biotic I play regularly, just have to try him out.

Wow, two things in all that, terrible! And I find your *entire* post worthless because it's nothing more than a drive-by mud-sling. I'd argue my points further but won't bother if your entire response is going to be "you're wrong".

FURY, krogan shaman is also a beast when specd for combo damage.

 Pretty much any adept can melt enemies as long as he is host. I will mention 5 which I think are both efficient killers and squad helpers.

1. Fury - Walking Biotic Explosion which can regenerate shields by exploding. What more you need?
2. Asari Justicar  - 25% Debuff ability with 3.9m radius which primes for BE and also gives DR, constant priming across 3m radius with reave giving 100% dmg bonus to every squadmate with Warp Ammo IV.
3.Drell Adept - As long as you have crappy PC and you are hosting, you will stay alive, thats the only weaknes this class has. Constant priming with reave and huge damage with Cluster Nades
4. Asari Adept - Has 3 of the best powers in game. Two of them do high damaging BE, and third being the best CC power against unarmored enemies.
5.Collector Adept - the best user of warp ammo in the whole game. Has the ability to prime unlimited amount of enemies across 7m radius,being able to do insane bursts of the damage every 5-6 seconds.  


Mind that I am not ranking them. All of these classes are Gold and Platinum Viable as long as they are in the right hands.

Probably the Fury or Drell Adept
Though the Batarian Slasher is pretty amazing too
and the HA and Krogan Shaman can make really powerful BEs
The Valkyrie and Huntress are also really good non-adepts
and the Drell Vanguard is amazing

i used to think it was the fury.

then i found out about links super haxing.

the drell is good too. But im gonna have to go with batdept.

he has cluster grenades and warp. so if you want you can exploit the warp fire bug.

This. She's always been my goto character. I wish there were three of her so I wouldn't have to use cards to change her build up. Has some some sick DR, reave primes and splodes, bubble is good for objectives and choke points, and acolyte lets her wtf any mook on the map with pull/reave. 


Dont get me wrong, there are adepts that can out DPS her, and some with more shields, and support crap. But none of them can bring all three to the table like she does. Which is something I need because 80% of the time I'm in a PUG and I'm going to make sure we win one way or another.

Collector and Justicar are my top 2. The Drell is walking tissue paper and the Fury's teleport dodges lag pretty bad off-host. Usually when I need to escape most. The latter two have high spike damage, sure. I just don't like flimsy characters.

Speaking of flimsy, the Phoenix Adept is starting to grow on me.

I never imagined it possible, but my warp-less human adept is a gold monster, regularly score 150-200,000 with him with minimal medigel usage. The phoenix adept sucks ass, has to be the worst, people come out of the woodwork somehow to support him, but every time i try to play him i am reminded of how easily he dies and how risky his playstyle is. You practically have to make love to soft cover, and even still the animation on smash will get you killed all the time

Eh...I love them both, but one's centered around grenades and the other is poison-based. Neither feel like biotics. I mean they are, but they didn't even come to my mind when I saw the word "biotic".

Completely agree. Apparently, our guys left Cerberus before they gave Dragoons all those awesome upgrades. I mean, he's fun, but it is waaay too much work to keep this guy from dying. If only they could've buffed Smash before calling it quits...
