A small rant. I remember in the ME3 MP among the default human classes The Human Adept was unpopular because of how under used Singularity was. So the BW team redesigned it and now the Human Adept has become a top tier character because of Singularity. The fact that in MP Singularity can prime targets that are armored/shielded made it deadly. I wish the Singularity in SP could do that.

Sure I can compensate with Warp for priming targets etc... but Singularity is the Adept's exclusive power among the 6 classes for Shepard. I would think the Exclusive Power would be the most valuable in Shep's arsenal.

I haven't played MP (yet), but the last thing and adept should have in SP is a singularity that affects armored/shielded target, it would trivialize the (easy) campaign. If I should redesign it I would make it similar to ME2 sing: disable for ten second or less the guy you throw it on.

Good point there. I really liked how useful Singularity was when it imobolized enemies like Scions for a short period of time.

I think Singularity should have been instacast. I also agree that it should do a better job "holding" protected units (at least mid tier).

Well I know that they did change singularity in SP to be more like the one in MP. Didn't notice the prime towards sheilded and armored targets, but singularity will still remain after you preform a biotic explosion now.
