Did anybody wonder if the emergency she was attending to was Shepard's clone.

I assume they couldn't/didn't get her for the DLC.

I assumed it was simply a matter of not being able to hire her voice-actress at the time they were recording dialogue. Or maybe they felt it wasn't worth it. I don't see anything hinting at the clone being involved in any way.

I didn't even think of the clone since I know Chakwas would be loyal to Shepard anyhow. And knowing the clone tried to kill him/her.. yeah.

Meh, they backed off on content with Chakwas starting in ME2 so it wasn't that big of an omission. Would have been nice, of course, along with Ken & Gabby.

It's a shame Chakwas wasn't at the party, my Shepard had a Kirk-McCoy dynamic with her. She was the one person, other than the LI that Shepard could let down her hair with and talk to as an equal, share old times and some Serrice Ice Brandy and trade a well intentioned barb or two. Ken and Gabby would have been nice as well, it would be cool seeing them together at the party if Shepard backed Gabby into exploring a relationship with Ken. Missed opportunities.

I could take him or leave him, he never really had much to say in ME1 or ME3.

A surprising number of characters were left out. Dr. Michel, Engineers Adams, Ken and Gabby, Kelly Chambers/Felicia Hannigan, and Diana Allers (though I understand she wasn't missed by a good number of people) were all not included along with Dr. Chakwas. Not even an invite option that they could refuse by mail (which really sucks, especially when Traynor says Chakwas received an invitation, although that's not possible). I would've also thrown in Major Kirrahe, just because he's cool but oh well (can you imagine him saying "Hold the line" while completely wasted?).

It's likely the VAs weren't available. Sad, but it happens. Honestly though, why can't I have one picture with Chakwas? WHY?

I was sad to not see Dr. Chakwas in attendance. Also Gabby and Ken would have been welcome additions to my party. It would have been awesome to have Kirrahe too. Made me wish I had a better choice. I would have happily done without some other people to include them.

^Same. To be honest, I still really dislike Vega and his man-childness. My Shep may be a little man-childlike but Vega really takes the cake.
