Which kits surprised you?

For me, pretty much every Asari kit was like this. At first, I thought that the Valkyrie was just a slower Fury, but she's way more versatile, burns through bosses like they're nothing, and clears out mooks almost as quickly. I didn't like the Justicar for a really long time because I kept playing her like an Adept when I should've been playing her like a Soldier. These two are among my top five try-hard kits, now.

FQE also kinda surprised me. Before I was 'meh' about the kit, but never really tried it. After the fix to the freeze combo on Incin its actually pretty good- just gotta bring something that compensates for her lack of anti-shield tools.
SE surprised me just how bad the decoy now is when not facing Geth :|
MQE also surprised me the first time I realized his spawn nuking potential. Before I was like 'An MQI w/o TC but boring incinerate? BW pls'. Now I would run him as my fave grenader.. as long as he's got an adren mod.

I had no idea how powerful she is when speccing out of AF. (Using N7 sniper & pistol)

The Fortack showed me the Claymore way.
Now she's one of my most used kits. Love her.

Vorcha. I really didn't like those guys, and I wasn't sure I could see them being fun, but they came out pretty entertaining, because flamethrower all the things. I play Vorcha a lot now.

There was a lot of talk about how he was garbage when he first came out
But I think he is a blast to play
And he gives me a kit to use cryo ammo on

Every race aside from the Batarians; I was surprised how terrible they all are compared to the Bats!

1. Has to be the volus. Fun to play and your team mates don't look down on you (figuratively) because you're restoring their shields.
2. Vorcha. I never even thought about these guys for MP, then there they were. Refreshing to see Vorcha players who don't flamer everything. (I know, Bloodlust, but still...)
3. Any Geth character. We're playing as the enemy? Sweeeet.
4. Collectors. Long talked about and finally realized. I never thought that would happen either.
5. Batarians. Another "enemy". Also fun to play with. Hate-surfing as a Batguard is awesome.

I've always had an agreement with SubNet.
I hate him and he hates me.
So it was a bit of a weird experience using the Vorengi, but then I noticed he's faster than the regualar Vorcha so I could happily spec for health regen making him more survivable than the regulars.
After that I stuck a Javelin on him.
Now I have health regen, speed, 1 shot killer and distance between me and the enemy.
Basicly all I ever wanted.

Aww come on, I play pretty much every kit, but there's still something primal and fun about not taking things seriously and lighting everything on fire.
