That actually sounds kinda awesome.

Back on topic - based on a Condor match I ended up in last night, here are some signs:

- makes no attempt to rez teammates

- retreats to corners/cul de sacs (like Condor LZ - protip: don't hide there. Hide somewhere you can easily escape from)

Plus the usual 'doesn't gel/bleeds out/gets stomped on objective waves' and 'ignores the objective to go rambo-ing across the map' chestnuts.

Eats all the grenades, yet finishes dead last on the scoreboard with a bronze kill medal or worse.
Dies every wave, and refuses to gel themselves.
Doesn't revive teammates or help with objectives.
Brings level I common weapons to a gold match.
Doesn't equip gear. And I mean the non-expendable kind that goes in the "Gear" slot.

1. Readies up immediately upon joining a Gold PUG (with no equipment, usually)
2. Uses melee a lot with kits/specs that aren't good for it.
3. N7 < 120, Challenge points pretty low.
4. Low level weaponry
5. Rockets lone boss enemies or aims rocket at said enemies torso instead of at the ground.
6. Doesn't use cover.

Of course, these aren't definitive, but chances are if they're doing one or more of these, they're fairly new/bad at this game.

These are all pretty good. I will add dying multiple times every wave (obvious), and running straight for the LZ.

I see No.1 here a lot and in game as well. So much that the irony is that once in a while what seems like a good lobby is all loaded but no one wants to be the first to hit the ready button!

1. No gear
2. < 100 N7 / Challenge points
3. Below lvl V common / Uncommon weapon. Lvl I/II Rare / UR weapon
4. Press ready button very first

Together, Those are pretty much free kick signs.

Totally agree. I can put if he/she dies on wave 1 on silver or bronze (not to mention gold or platinum). OF COURSE, IF THE IDIOT GOES TO THE LZ and dies because he/she thought he/she could beat the whole horde by himself/herself on wave 11 instead of fighting on a different place. Those with weird combinations like acolyte or geth plasma shotgun with armor rounds, reegar with explosives rounds...if you see all this you can kick out approximately 90% of noobs of the game. The other 10% join during the game when a player lost his connection and you cannot (it's a shame) kick them out in the middle of the fight.

I've seen people with less than 10 thousand points on wave 8 on platinum...you can't controll that if that guy uses good equipment but is a noob playing ME3...

I never get tired of seeing this in game. It's even better if you have a good tag line or send off phrase for the b!tch.

I live in Australia and most of the time im connected to American hosts. I've had atleast 3 times in a match where Repair Matrix did not revive me.

Otherwise, super heavy weapons at level I on power classes.
No challenge points/banner
Common/Silver weapons in gold/plat

And that's before i check their N7HQ.

I don't really know, I usually guess by what weapons they use. But that is kind of hypocritical of me since im likely to put strange combos or unfavorable guns. GPR anyone? Anyway, what happens in the match can be completely random. I normally go U/U/G-P when my friend hosts. We did fine for the past 3 matches, then we just got wave 1 wiped out of nowhere. The next few matches were no picnic either. Only real tell is how good they do during the match. Although if you are a little paranoid there are some ques as to how to player is before the match starts.

Performance can be compromised by the lag

When somebody In the lobby votes to kick the host.
Just seems nonsensical to me, If you want the host of the match to leave you're saving yourself time by removing yourself from the lobby =/

Wave 11 constant nuking.

Nuke a spawn point on the other side of the map on wave 10, causing the enemy to spawn right next to the objective.

Those might be too tall an order though.

Player spends more time napping in dead mode than playing. That is the only real sign. Everything else is negligible if they stay up and killing.

- Ruining spawn points
- Dying too often
- Relatively low score with a great character at level 18+
- Immediately running to extraction on wave 11
- Trying to help with devices when someone is already on it
- Trying to randomly melee banshees/brutes/scions/phantoms
