Stealing an idea from another forum on this site about a 2H rogue and wanting to get some build ideas.

I know that I need the following stats for equipment and talents:
42 STR
22 CUN
23 DEX (43 for weak points in Awakening)

I'm using the following gear:
Dragonbone Cleaver
Cailans Set
High Regard of House Dace
Key to the City
Wicked Oath
Andruils Blessing

I'm thinking the following Specializations:
Duelist
Assassin
Shadow

My question is where to go from here.  Do I pump CUN for the backstab bonuses, or do I pump DEX for the attack and defense bonuses?  What other gear would be a good substitue for what I'm planning?

PS If you've never done a 2H rogue backstab, imagine a samurai cutting off a head with his katana as the strike.

If you are not soloing then I'd say go for a cunning build, and scrap Duelist for Bard. I'd also prefer the warden commander chestpiece, helm of honnleath, red jenny seekers/cailan's gauntlets and cadash stompers.

just as a heads up on this build, waiting until level 12+ for tomes is a brilliant idea, otherwise you have to burn skill points in either DW or Archery

Go heavier on Cunning as a Bard/Duelist, I suggest you backstab as much as possible.
