Not only is Morrigan an extremely likable character in Dragon Age, (Heh-heh) but her outstanding beauty and lovely voice goes beyond that of a video game!

Here's a quick video explaining why Claudia Black is deathly attractive, and proof that she had more experience being a Morrigan-like character before Dragon Age!

Voice acting, I give you that, she has quite a nice voice ok. But not the character. I hate Morrigan... I hate everything popular in fact! :P

I actually dislike her voice acting. It seems to me that her intonation is all over the place, and sometimes I get the feeling that she doesn't actually understand the words she is saying.

I think that's partly because of the role she plays. I mean, Morrigan isn't a stable person, and she usually has huge mood swings. If you ask me, I think Claudia did a good job, no, a GREAT job, and did everything more than perfectly.

Maybe so. I watched a clip of old Blackie on YouTube - she's on the beach
wearing a bikini - and my God, it looked so over the top and cheesy I
could barely believe what my eyes were showing me [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/andy.png[/smilie]

Yeah I have some pretty ridiculous mood-swings as well, but it doesn't make me sound like someone stupid trying to be clever

:)

I just wish Morrigan were into women so I could laugh my ass off at her devirginizing my Dwarf commoner female.

I think the voice acting is quite good, as The Gray Warden said, it fits to the unstable personality.

Borschtbeet:

There are console commands that override the gender checks. You can find them on the dragon age wikia.

Cool. I always saw Morrigan as more of a lesbian than Lelianna anyways.

He tries to be a gentleman, just like Hitler tried to be nice to the Jews. Image IPB

Each to their own. I can appreciate a beautiful woman, but when she claims her tent is cold I would prefer to set her on fire (in the literal sense).

Yes, tents are apparently very flammable - you could really get a nice bonfire going :)

I wonder what roasting human flesh smells like...?

Yum

So now we're talking about burning Morrigan to death? To all of you men out there, who support this statement, how could you even call yourselves men? Morrigan is the perfect woman. Women just don't like her because she's the female equivalent to Edward Cullen.

Turkey bacon marinated in maple syrup.

...You're welcome.

Hey, I like Edward! He's very loyal and devoted to his girl...Speaking of whom, Bella is a useless sack of sh!t who is totally helpless without Edward.

Also, Morrigan is a prissy, b!tchy, wh0r3. She is FAR from the perfect anything.

No, I dislike her because she is not very nice, and her voice annoys me. Trust me, I know how you feel, I am the same about Alistair, but honestly, I am a genuine Morrigan-disliker.

I did become quite fond of her after the 'sisters' speech, however, and I actually cried a bit while she was saying it.

However, that does not alter the fact that I find her voice and personality objectionable. Sorry.
