I luv me some rush on locker and the new modes are epic. Flood zone is amazing on conquest. But all the map designs is really well done- parcel storm on both rush, conquest and domination- an awesome mode BTW. I also like Conquest large on Rogue Transmission.
and my AEK is back!!! AEK, coyote sight, ergo grip, muzzle break, laser= amazingness
Good job dice.... You did good son. I'm proud of you.

I could potentionally play on servers across the pacific, but I'd rather not with those ~100ms ping, so I tend to keep inside Europe.

In the states bro. Sorry. And yeah, ping is king in this game. servers are still weak sauce. But dice is fixing that.

Hope sooner than later.
It's really disheartening when you go out and play a round, have a beast time, go strong for MVP1 with two thousand something points lead, got some nifty unlocks, nevermind the feeling of accomplishment, only to have the whole server crash and everything lost. Had that happen to me and boy was I not happy about it.

Game keeps crashing every single time I have a great match. That's now five times I would have made MVP only for the damn game to crash on me like: "nope".

I would absolutely love a game without my crucial air support crashing into mountains.

For example I had like 3 crashed in a row and my battlelog said I had earned my ACE 23 assault rifle-great gun BTW, but.... In game I didn't have it.
Lame.

Is there Air training in this game?

There is a test range you can use to test weapons or try out out vehicles, etc. but don't expect much people to actually use it.
And even if you do, try and take a jet/chopper only to end up being harrassed by someone on your team because you're baddie if you don't absolutely rock the entire match ...
Personally, I'm starting to think that I will make a career out of fly-swatting.

The scoreboard period in between matches wasn't even long enough to list all my score, just got to the ribbons when the next round started, ahaha!
I'm on a boat [LIKE A BAWS]!

I had to jump through a few hoops but got the game for $20 + tax on Origin.
No one else I know personally has this game though, so I guess I'll have to play this by myself.

Shooters suck by yourself. The only good shooter for single players is FC3.
And the Crysis series.
But yeah, Battlefield MP is only a shadow of itself if you're playing alone alongside random strangers. Getting along in a squad that's working together with voice comm, or even joining a clan with their own servers and dedicated TeamSpeak is the way to really get the enjoyment rolling!

I don't mean by playing the single player. LOL
I find multiplayer games a lot more fun if I play them with the people that I know. All my BF3 buddies are either still playing BF3 or having quit playing it altogether.

Well, it was either necro this thread, or make one more duplicate out of the couple that I already found via search.
But I thought with the new DLC, "Dragon's Teeth" now out for Premium (two weeks until it hits the store for everyone else), I might revive the discussion.
First things first, "Dragon's Teeth" is AMAZING! The maps are fantastic for infantry gameplay (something I had sorely missed and was left with little else but "Operation Locker") and I even think that the new map "Propaganda" is easily the best map currently in Bf4. "Lumphini Garden" is likewise a very good infantry map and even though "Pearl Market" is rather polarizing, it's starting to grow on me (though they really should get rid of that insane amount of headglitch spots, sheeesh!). "Sunken Dragon" is so far my least favourite map, though pretty much only because of that ridiculous C flag placement.
Haven't used the new weapons yet personally, but they look promising (and in case of the Bulldog and Deagle .44, even bordering on OP, though I reserve judgement until I played those).
And the new game mode "Chainlink" is brilliant. Fastpaced gamestyle with a focus on disrupting rather than shelling it out, superbly complemented by the map design with its myriad of flanking routes, I simply love it.
It appears though the DLC brought back some old, believed-to-have-been-fixed problems back, up front mostly killtrades. Been getting an absurd amount of those today when I started playing the new DLC and random rubberbanding appears to be present, though fortunately scarce. Also, random enemy jumping thirty feet into the air after trying to vault over low cover makes for interesting pictures on "Pearl Market".
Bf4 is fun again people!
