I've got the PC version, and when I load the game (I'm logged in) and click downloadable content, I don't see the new DLC to purchase (or rather, download since I already got enough points).

Been delayed. No word as of yet when it will be released. There's a sticky thread on the top of this forum to discuss it.

I read you have to beat Ultima Weapon without taking any damage to unlock it.



Also, sticky threads at top of forum are your friend. Well, not really. But they mean well, I guess.

It's not out yet. You can read the stickies to learn more. They haven't released it for anything. They had it out for 360 but there was a big error as far as specializations, so it's been taken down for them now. It was never released for PC. It's still being worked on, and complaining doesn't get it out any faster.
