I would like to have a refund for my bioware points. It has taken too long for RTO to get out the production door and I've pretty much lost interest.
Is there anyway to get those points refunded? Thanks.

I am serious about this refund. This seems like a waste of money or worse. I really hope someone in the know actually comes on here and gives me a reasonable answer other than "You paid for points and that's what you got...you didn't pay for the expansion/dlc."
I really just expect better from one of the best game development companies in the business. So here's hoping for a prompt and reasonable response.

I asked the same question, I feel sure we will not get an answer.
FOUR days should be long enough to get some sort of reply.
Time to contact out CC companies and let them handle it I suppose.
